Please note: we do NOT rent to student groups.

We are located at 13th & Central Ave in the North end. All new 2018: new kitchen, new bath and new hardwood floors. All new furniture. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, second-floor north end condo offers three bedrooms including two full bathrooms and two parking spots. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours.

This is true beach living! The 13th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (6 beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions. Beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, beach cart and beach umbrella are provided for guests.

Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are three bedrooms: the master, room with queen bed and a room with bunk beds, twin and trundle for the kids. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided but there are many local companies that provide them. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach.

Perfect location

This property is close to the beach (short walk) but in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Located towards the southern end of the boardwalk, there is less congestion but excellent access to everything.

Couldn’t ask for more!

This property felt like a home away from home from the second we stepped inside. The house is clean, updated, and filled with little touches that made for the perfect vacation week. This was the perfect house for our young family - we can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay

Great Location

Perfect location for family. Close and walkable to fishing, boardwalk, rides, beach, shopping. Second floor property. The stair walk up is a little tricky with lots of luggage. Nice little deck to sit out and have coffee/read in the morning! Quiet street. Off street parking a plus. Overall great place!

Pre-season hideaway

We loved our stay in this VRBO; our visit was a couple weeks prior to the wider season start, and we had the chance to relax with the beach and boardwalk mostly to ourselves. The space itself could not have been better; the owners clearly put careful thought into the preparation of the space and ensured we had everything we needed (of course, as an OC standard, you'll need to bring linens and towels yourself). Communication and check-in / check-out were seamless; overall we had a wonderful family time together.

Great place, location and clean!

We were very happy with our stay at Brian’s place. Communication right from the start to the end was great. Fantastic location on a quiet street and 2 blocks from beach and one block to Wawa! House is done very nice and is clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Week at the Beach

The location was perfect, it was quiet but close enough to easily walk to everything. The house was updated and clean, with the perfect beachy décor to really feel like you are on vacation. The garage parking and access to the provided beach chairs, toys, wagon and bikes made it so much easier with kids. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great week!

Perfectly appointed

This was pur first trip to OC. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and overall warmth of the condo. There was pleantly of space for our family. The cabinets were stocked with anything we may need along the way and the hall closet had tons of movies and games for the rainy days. Great location, lots of shops and eateries within steps.

Sisters get away

Stay here for my sisters 70th birthday celebration. There were 5 of us. Plenty of room. The house is pleasant, bright, decorated nicely and in a great location. Steffani was very accommodating and responsive. The house is on the second floor and there is a large staircase leading up to the condo. I over looked this in the booking and it was kinda tough for our age group of 55 and up! We did not do any cooking but if we did, I would need to have a few more things in the kitchen.

The condo was in nice condition and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware. The appliances are new, and everything was very clean. The walk up was exactly 20 steps, and a bit difficult carting luggage. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Just in case you are new to OC NJ, you must bring or rent all your linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen linens too. It would have been good to have that requirement included in the listing. Our hosts, Brian and Julie were great. They took time to call before our arrival to answer any questions. Great location near the boardwalk and beach.

Great stay by the beach

The listing was very accurate and the kids were excited about the condo. It was very clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. When we weren't on the beach, we were cozied up in the open floor plan kitchen/dining area watching tv and playing with some of the supplied board games. The condo was very cozy! Also, it is a short 3-blocks away with a few nearby takeout places if you grew tired of boardwalk food. There's a dedicated parking spot in the back driveway outside of the garage (if you have a smaller vehicle it should fit inside.) The only suggestion I could provide would be trash can lids out back to cover the trash - we were startled by a flock of birds digging through the trash upon check-in. Other than that, we had a perfect week. Thank you!

Family of Seven

My family of 7 had a wonderful vacation here. We stayed at the property during the last week in August. The decor of the property was the icing on the cake. I LOVED all of the little touches and the property was extremely clean upon arrival (except the bathroom drawers needed to be wiped out but that was minimal). Plenty of plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans. The washers and dryers were used daily and even though they were stackable, they were plenty big for even our family of 7. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean and had plenty of extra pillows. We needed our own linens, but the comforters were great. The hot water was enough for all 7 of us to shower after a day at the beach. The stairs to the 2nd level were well done and sturdy,with nice railings, like new. They were also broken into platforms so it wasn't a straight shot to the top. My mother with 2 knee replacements did fine with then. Tips for future renters: -Label the keys with tape so you know what open what -The fan for the stove is inside the white wood box directly above the burners - The garbage disposal switch is below the sink, in the cupboard on the right. -The outlets for the kitchen appliances are below the upper cabinets right above the appliances -the electrical box for not working outlets is behind the picture behind the door in the first befroom Stephanie was an EXTREMLY helpful host and reachable at all times. It mad my vacation much easier knowing I had someone approachable if something went wrong. The room in the garage was full of beach toys, beach chairs, 2 adult bikes, a little tikes wagon and a couple of kids bikes. The location was perfect to access the boardwalk and everything on the island. Only areas for improvement would be: - label the 4 different keys (we giggled a lot trying to figure out which one to use for what) -Be aware that the parking is down an ally as it is for all the houses and the spaces for this unit are very tight and small. We brought a small trailer and the people staying on the 1st level had a suburban which made it VERY tight with our mini van. No room to back in a trailer, but ours was small and we pushed it right into the garage. I would highly recommend this property to anyone

Great place close to the beach!

Great location that is close to the beach and boardwalk. In less than 10 minutes you’re on the beach. The condo is really cute, updated and clean. The owners are great. We had a mishap where we accidentally locked the keys inside and the owner was amazingly helpful to get us back inside the condo. I was blown away with how helpful they were. Would definitely stay here again!

2 night stay

The location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. There was an issue getting the television to work. The property manager was responsive. I would recommend leaving instructions on which remote to use and how to use it.
