Fully equipped luxury condo at Mandalay Beach Club with open floor plan, 2 balconies, & resort amenities for the ultimate vacation. Dip your feet in the Gulf of Mexico, wiggle your toes in the sugary white sand on Clearwater Beach, or walk to Pier 60.

This spacious (approx 1840 sq feet) 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath stylishly decorated condo is a home away from home. It is fully equipped with everything you need - wifi, cable, dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances, linens, & towels - just bring your toothbrush. It has all tile flooring, an oversized master bedroom and bathroom, washer & dryer located in the unit, & an open family room and dining room. There are breathtaking views from almost every room.

The condo’s unique corner location provides 2 large furnished balconies. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway or the lights at night over the causeway. Savor a glass of wine and the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico as the warm sea breeze blows.

When you’re ready to leave the exquisite condo, this premiere complex offers high-end resort amenities - swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, sunbathe on lounge chairs or sit in the shade, barbeque at the gas grill, entertain in the clubhouse with catering kitchen & seating, workout in the fitness center, luxuriate in the sauna, or play billiards. All of this within the privacy of buildings offering 24-hour manned security.

Clearwater Beach Condominium

This condo in the Mandalay Beach Club is a wonderful place to stay! The building and condo are in excellent condition with good security and parking. It is right in town near everything. Robin, the owner, is very nice and easy to work with! We had a great 2 month stay and plan on returning.

We loved our stay at the condo. The views were amazing and the condo had all amenities needed!

We’ve been coming to Clearwater Beach for the past 12 years. This specific condo has the most beautiful views for sunsets and sunrises. The condo is in a great location so that you can get to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Robin was so accommodating and so nice. We had plenty of room and had all the amenities that we could ask for! We hope to stay again! Thank you Robin!

Property location perfect, on the north side of the beach where we enjoy the neighborhood and proximity to beach. Property was clean, well maintained with excellent views to Gulf of Mexico and beach. Owner was so nice; it was a pleasure to do business with her.

A delightful stay! A little early morning noise from street cleaners , garbage pickup but being early risers we were not bothered.

Convenient location

You will not need your car as this condo is right in the middle of all the action on Clearwater. Restaurants, bars, shops, Pier 60 - everything is walkable (even Publix is only 1 mile). Condo is set up best for a single couple or family based on the bed arrangement - 2 beds (Q & K) in Master, twins in 2nd bedroom. There is regular street noise and a lot of action on Mandalay Ave, but it was entertaining to watch people from the street side balcony. We didn't have sun on the ocean side balcony (I think because of the time of year). Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Showers are good. There were COVID restrictions in the general building areas (no pool chair cushions, limited people allowed in pool / hot tub, masks required) but nothing you can do about that. Sunsets on the pool level are a must. Robin is very responsive to whatever you may need.
