Modern fully equipped kitchen and Large smart TV in living room My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property, covered parking under the building, on site pool, sundeck and showers. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 for you. There are also shuttles that run around the island (free with tips) and a trolley that is a dollar and runs every half hour across the street. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
