Everything was very clean upon arrival. It was a great location, convenient to restaurants, the beach and shops. Having the bicycles to use was a great addition. It was nice to not have to bring beach chairs. We would definitely rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Excellent place to stay. Wonderful communication with the host. Very easy to check in and check out. Access to the beach was quick and painless.Be aware- there is only one small elevator in the building and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor, not including ground floor. Carrying items up the stairs is a bit of a task.Awesome place to stay!!!

Perfect getaway for a family of 4. The picture on the site is exactly that beautiful. All the accommodations were there and the condo was CLEAN! Short walk to the beach. Pool was cool during the day and a slight warm at night which helped my aching back (long drive in). Definitely will be booking here again!! Perk was the cookies in the room. The location was perfect! So close to Coligny and Starbucks. Loved having bikes to ride around the island. The condition of the beach was just wonderful for walking. Our bathroom was a bit small but doable.

We enjoyed the great location of this condo, which was within easy walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The gated community, ample parking, and complimentary bicycles were also nice perks. The owner was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions or concerns, which we appreciated.There were a few things worth noting for future guests. The building’s common hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor, although thankfully, the condo itself was fresh and odor-free. The layout was a little unusual, as you enter directly into the bedroom. The balcony layout also meant there was limited privacy when spending time outside. Since this is an older building, there is no central air conditioning, and the only AC unit is in the front living area. Fortunately, with the ceiling fans and additional fans provided, we were mostly comfortable during our stay. The kitchen could also benefit from being better stocked for guests who plan to prepare meals. Additionally, the beach umbrella at the condo was not usable because the umbrella was broken. The owner did let us know at check-in that an umbrella was no longer provided, so we rented beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. While this was an added expense, it turned out to be a convenient option.Overall, the location and convenient amenities were definite highlights, and with a few improvements to the condo’s kitchen supplies and beach equipment, the stay could be even better.

We had a very nice stay. Kendall the host was very quick and helpful with responding to any questions I had. We loved the 2 bikes that were included. The ocean view from the balcony is even better than in the pictures. We appreciated having a small amount of soaps, paper towels, etc to get started before getting to the store. The condo was very clean. The beach was even closer than I had expected. We would stay again!
