Poolen Àr bekvÀmt belÀget nÄgra steg frÄn sanden och strax under lÀgenheten, ocksÄ restauranger, livsmedelsbutik, presentaffÀrer, biograf, glassbar, kafé och mycket mer och alla bara nÄgra steg bort!
Denna lÀgenhet har ett sovrum med en king size-sÀng och platt-TV. Badrummet har granit toppar och kakel, vardagsrummet har en ny bÀddsoffa, TV och video, ett kök med alla nya apparater, skÄp och granit bÀnkskivor. Det finns en ny tvÀttmaskin, torktumlare och en privat balkong med utsikt över havet, stranden och poolen. Vacker ny kakel i vardagsrum och hall. Nytt fÀrgarbete för kök, matsal och vardagsrum per februari 2014.
Sovrummet har ny matta, ny king madrass och headboard, slutbord, lampor och draperier. Vi mÄlade det bara en vacker dammig grÄ. Det Àr ett lugnt sovrum retrÀtt!

Anniversary trip

This property is in premier location. The owner is very attentive to your needs and wants to make sure the check-in process and your stay is enjoyable. It is very close to Coligny Park and all the shopping and best amenities.

Great location and super property manager

My wife and I were at HHI to volunteer for a golf tournament. The property location was very convenient and the check-in/check-out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay at the Breakers at HH

We had a marvelous stay at the Breakers. It was a short walk to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. We loved the location. The condo itself was just as advertised and perfect formy husband and I.

HHI Friend Trip 2025What a great little find. View and location were just as described. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to Coligny and a short walk to the beach. King bed super comfortable. Under bed storage at the bottom of the bed. Kitchen stocked with the usual amenities. Had some beach chairs/umbrella available on the balcony. Bathroom was nice with some amenities available. Had a rainy week, maybe consider adding a couple of board/card games to the unit.

Awesome Place with Great Ocean Views

Wanted a nice little place for a quick weekend away and this place was great. Very clean and organized. Owner very involved and communicated everything in advance. Furniture very comfortable and can say enough about the views from the deck over the pool to the ocean. You can't go wrong with this place, we'll definitely go back.

This unit is a great location. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for groceries and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk from the unit and loved the fact that there was a life guard right there. Nice big beach and never felt like there people on top of you and that is important b/c the next beach access is the public beach access.Connie was a great host answering questions before and after our stay.The negatives are that the unit is tiny and the hosts tell you to store your suitcases in the car, that the instructions when you arrive say no glass near the pool yet there is no non glass options in the unit, and the furniture on the porch is uncomfortable.

I am a retired school teacher who enjoys people, traveling, reading, and grandchildren! My husband and I have been married for 56 years. We raised two beautiful daughters and now enjoy three grandchildren. Our younger daughter, son-in-law have lived in Hilton Head since 2004. Cody, their son, was born in 2005 and is now 16 years old. We love to watch him in sports. Our older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters as of June 2017 have been living full time in Hilton Head. We are feeling so blessed to be at the beach and have our family so near to us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We live on Hilton Head and decided to invest in a rental property at Coligny Beach. We think it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and we love our time spent at the ocean and the convenience of the shopping!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What we enjoy about our condo is its location right on the ocean. We are just steps to the sand. The condo has been remodeled and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished. For our renters, you can call us any time day or night to take care of any of your renting needs. We live in nearby Shipyard Plantation.
