Njut av din vistelse på stranden, i detta underbart ombyggda bostadsområde, med utsikt över havet från vardagsrummet och balkongen. Det är det perfekta läget för dem som söker vila och avkoppling på stranden eller vid poolen. Poolen är bekvämt beläget några steg från sanden och strax under lägenheten, också restauranger, livsmedelsbutik, presentaffärer, biograf, glassbar, kafé och mycket mer och alla bara några steg bort!
Denna lägenhet har ett sovrum med en king size-säng och platt-TV. Badrummet har granit toppar och kakel, vardagsrummet har en ny bäddsoffa, TV och video, ett kök med alla nya apparater, skåp och granit bänkskivor. Det finns en ny tvättmaskin, torktumlare och en privat balkong med utsikt över havet, stranden och poolen. Vacker ny kakel i vardagsrum och hall. Nytt färgarbete för kök, matsal och vardagsrum per februari 2014.
Sovrummet har ny matta, ny king madrass och headboard, slutbord, lampor och draperier. Vi målade det bara en vacker dammig grå. Det är ett lugnt sovrum reträtt!

We (my daughter and I) had a quick weekend trip to Hilton Head. We loved the condo. We could see the ocean from the porch and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Owner is highly responsive.

HHI Friend Trip 2025What a great little find. View and location were just as described. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to Coligny and a short walk to the beach. King bed super comfortable. Under bed storage at the bottom of the bed. Kitchen stocked with the usual amenities. Had some beach chairs/umbrella available on the balcony. Bathroom was nice with some amenities available. Had a rainy week, maybe consider adding a couple of board/card games to the unit.

Short stay

This property is in premier location. The owner is very attentive to your needs and wants to make sure the check-in process and your stay is enjoyable. It is very close to Coligny Park and all the shopping and best amenities.

Amazing beach condo

Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views, perfectly located just steps from Coligny Shopping Center—shops, dining, and the beach all at your fingertips!! The owner is very courteous and personable!! We will return!!

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great weekend stay at this property. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and a short drive to even more. The property was simple and clean, perfect for a short stay.

This unit is a great location. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for groceries and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk from the unit and loved the fact that there was a life guard right there. Nice big beach and never felt like there people on top of you and that is important b/c the next beach access is the public beach access.Connie was a great host answering questions before and after our stay.The negatives are that the unit is tiny and the hosts tell you to store your suitcases in the car, that the instructions when you arrive say no glass near the pool yet there is no non glass options in the unit, and the furniture on the porch is uncomfortable.

Stay at the Breakers at HH

We had a marvelous stay at the Breakers. It was a short walk to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. We loved the location. The condo itself was just as advertised and perfect formy husband and I.

Great location and super property manager

My wife and I were at HHI to volunteer for a golf tournament. The property location was very convenient and the check-in/check-out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place with Great Ocean Views

Wanted a nice little place for a quick weekend away and this place was great. Very clean and organized. Owner very involved and communicated everything in advance. Furniture very comfortable and can say enough about the views from the deck over the pool to the ocean. You can't go wrong with this place, we'll definitely go back.

Weekday Getaway

This was a true “ Park and Walk” location. The property is truly Beachfront and was across the street from the popular “Coligny” Shopping area. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We usually visit HHI in the crowded summer months. The off season has advantages as well. No lines at restaurants and the temperature is warm enough for sitting on the beach without sweltering heat and big crowds.

Amazing Condo and Complex!

The condo and unit were perfect for a quick 5 day get away. The pool and beach were what the doctor ordered. No need to drive your car as everything is within walking distance. The owere was amazing and very helpful. We will be back! Thanks, ED

Great Location

The location was perfect and as disclosed. Beautiful beach and spent our time on the beach and in the water. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right in the immediate area. Would definitely stay there again. The host made sure all was ok upon checking in. 5 stars!

Amazing Host!

Connie, the host, was amazing! Tropical Storm Debby was less so. We had the bad luck of traveling to Hilton Head the day that Tropical Storm Debby made landfall, so the amazing shops, views and proximity to the beach didn't quite work out for us. Under normal circumstances, our stay would have been perfect. The property is everything it advertises... cozy, clean, and right in the middle of all the action on Hilton Head, just steps from the beach as well shopping and dining. All that being said, if we had to be trapped in a place due to inclimate weather, I'm glad it was Connie's. Not only is the property great, Connie went above and beyond for us to make the best of an unfortunate situation, even reaching out to offer to help us move our rental car to higher ground. Great communication and very understanding and accomodating! While our stay didn't really work out how we had hoped, I would absolutely book again. I'll just do so after hurricane season.

Magnificent cozy space

We really enjoyed our stay a Breakers. Connie Joyce was extremely welcoming and kind. She went out of her way to get us in a couple hours early and make sure we arrived alright. Cant say enough as kindness goes a long way. Hope to come back some day.

I am a retired school teacher who enjoys people, traveling, reading, and grandchildren! My husband and I have been married for 56 years. We raised two beautiful daughters and now enjoy three grandchildren. Our younger daughter, son-in-law have lived in Hilton Head since 2004. Cody, their son, was born in 2005 and is now 16 years old. We love to watch him in sports. Our older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters as of June 2017 have been living full time in Hilton Head. We are feeling so blessed to be at the beach and have our family so near to us.

We live on Hilton Head and decided to invest in a rental property at Coligny Beach. We think it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and we love our time spent at the ocean and the convenience of the shopping!

What we enjoy about our condo is its location right on the ocean. We are just steps to the sand. The condo has been remodeled and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished. For our renters, you can call us any time day or night to take care of any of your renting needs. We live in nearby Shipyard Plantation.
