Njut av din vistelse på stranden, i detta underbart ombyggda bostadsområde, med utsikt över havet från vardagsrummet och balkongen. Det är det perfekta läget för dem som söker vila och avkoppling på stranden eller vid poolen. Poolen är bekvämt beläget några steg från sanden och strax under lägenheten, också restauranger, livsmedelsbutik, presentaffärer, biograf, glassbar, kafé och mycket mer och alla bara några steg bort!
Denna lägenhet har ett sovrum med en king size-säng och platt-TV. Badrummet har granit toppar och kakel, vardagsrummet har en ny bäddsoffa, TV och video, ett kök med alla nya apparater, skåp och granit bänkskivor. Det finns en ny tvättmaskin, torktumlare och en privat balkong med utsikt över havet, stranden och poolen. Vacker ny kakel i vardagsrum och hall. Nytt färgarbete för kök, matsal och vardagsrum per februari 2014.
Sovrummet har ny matta, ny king madrass och headboard, slutbord, lampor och draperier. Vi målade det bara en vacker dammig grå. Det är ett lugnt sovrum reträtt!

The condo is in a great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach/ocean. Connie is a great host! She is very informative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Short stay

This property is in premier location. The owner is very attentive to your needs and wants to make sure the check-in process and your stay is enjoyable. It is very close to Coligny Park and all the shopping and best amenities.

Great Location

The location was perfect and as disclosed. Beautiful beach and spent our time on the beach and in the water. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right in the immediate area. Would definitely stay there again. The host made sure all was ok upon checking in. 5 stars!

Take a Break at Breakers

Nicely decorated with balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Proximity to the beach, the shops, and restaurants at Coligny is perfect. The owner is awesome to work with and communicates everything you need to know and more. We would defintely stay here again in the future.

Great Retreat

Spent the month of March. Unit was compact but very livable! Owner responded quickly to any questions. Location near beach and Coligny Center was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year!

Had a great trip!

We had a great trip. The condo is just what we needed. The living space was roomy enough for our family. The bedroom was a little tight but we were able find space in the condo for the two pack and plays we needed. The location is perfect, lots to do for adults and kids in walking distance which is just what we were looking for. We would stay there again!!

Long weekend getaway

Excellent location! Easy access to restaurants, shopping pool and beach. Very comfortable king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The condo is a little tight on space but was comfortable for two adults. There are chairs and umbrella for the beach as well. Owner was easy to contact, personable and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Good (small) pool. Nice decor. Very clean. Everything we could have wanted including beach chairs and boogie boards. My 4star on overall is only because it was a little small for a group of 4.

A small slice of paradise

The room was immaculate. We had everything that we could possibly need. Loved the view of the ocean and the pool. I parked the car on Friday and did not move it until we left. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be booking in the future.

Great Place & Location on HHI

Great place! Very convenient location and short walk to the beach. Condo included everything we needed to sit at the beach which was super easy and helpful as we flew in to HHI. Liked being within walking distant to anything we needed. Recommend riding bikes to Harbourtown and Eating at Salty Dogs. Host was very nice and communicated well. This place is small but it was perfect for 2. If traveling with kids I would only do it if I had 1-2 small children. We loved our first time on HHI!

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed in Hilton Head 5 days to celebrate husband’s retirement, and 232 Breakers was the perfect place to do that! The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Even though small, we had everything we needed. Very clean and well stocked with essentials as well as many thoughtful extras! Comfortable bed, too! I couldn’t find pillow cases for extra pillows, and Connie showed up 10 minutes after I texted her with two pillow cases. When we first saw the water flow from the shower we thought, “Oh no” but we were sure surprised! The shower was wonderful! Plenty of towels, too! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are two adults, (as four might be too crowded), but it was perfect for us! Close to Coligny Plaza, nice pool, and right next door to Pool Bar Jim’s! Wonderful choice!

HHI Friend Trip 2025What a great little find. View and location were just as described. Wonderful to just be able to walk across the street to Coligny and a short walk to the beach. King bed super comfortable. Under bed storage at the bottom of the bed. Kitchen stocked with the usual amenities. Had some beach chairs/umbrella available on the balcony. Bathroom was nice with some amenities available. Had a rainy week, maybe consider adding a couple of board/card games to the unit.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a great weekend stay at this property. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and a short drive to even more. The property was simple and clean, perfect for a short stay.

This unit is a great location. Easy walk to Piggly Wiggly for groceries and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk from the unit and loved the fact that there was a life guard right there. Nice big beach and never felt like there people on top of you and that is important b/c the next beach access is the public beach access.Connie was a great host answering questions before and after our stay.The negatives are that the unit is tiny and the hosts tell you to store your suitcases in the car, that the instructions when you arrive say no glass near the pool yet there is no non glass options in the unit, and the furniture on the porch is uncomfortable.

I am a retired school teacher who enjoys people, traveling, reading, and grandchildren! My husband and I have been married for 56 years. We raised two beautiful daughters and now enjoy three grandchildren. Our younger daughter, son-in-law have lived in Hilton Head since 2004. Cody, their son, was born in 2005 and is now 16 years old. We love to watch him in sports. Our older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters as of June 2017 have been living full time in Hilton Head. We are feeling so blessed to be at the beach and have our family so near to us.

We live on Hilton Head and decided to invest in a rental property at Coligny Beach. We think it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States and we love our time spent at the ocean and the convenience of the shopping!

What we enjoy about our condo is its location right on the ocean. We are just steps to the sand. The condo has been remodeled and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished. For our renters, you can call us any time day or night to take care of any of your renting needs. We live in nearby Shipyard Plantation.
