Talk about location: less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and you’re strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Throw in a cozy condo, and you’ve got a recipe for a great mountain getaway!

Trails End Cozy Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to four. In the living area, there’s comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. The kitchen feature granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. The kitchen counter comfortably seats 4 people.

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tub as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Great ski in, ski out 1br condo

Everything was very nice, and matched with the listing. Ski lift is a 1 minute walk out the back of the building. Laundry is right off the elevator on the same floor.Be aware that the luggage carts cannot be brought to parking lot due to a set of stairs.

Nice, comfortable condo for me and two of my teenage kids. Super convenient - ski-in ski out and a very short walk to downtown / Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops. Did not need my car once I arrived. Rental company was very responsive.

Nice Getaway

Overall the property is in very good shape. The condo was clean and well appointed. One suggestion would be to fix the floating floor to the left of the bar area. It is separating and catches your feet when you walk on it.There is easy access from the parking lot. The elevators work well. Access to the ski lift is a very short distance from the condo.

Holiday Stay

We stayed here for a holiday vacation and the location was perfect. It was easy ski-in/ski-out, which was great for our family's needs. The apartment was clean and the king bed mattress was more comfortable than most we stay in. Storage of our ski equipment was also easy.

Great Condo

Everything was fine until it wasn't - Summit Rentals fails

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a decent condo in a nice location close to Main St. We were there in September for a wedding, so not sure how convenient is is to the ski lifts. Our stay went well until we left and realized that we had left a bag of clothes in a drawer. We called just a few hours after we checked out and immediately filled our a left item recovery form. Unfortunately the staff and management of Summit Rentals did not follow through on retrieving our items and I had to call numerous times and talk to different employees and managers for over a week before being told that no items were found, that Summit Rentals contracted the cleaning so there is no accountability, and that if I felt like our items were stolen I could file a police report. We then emailed the guest services manager, Chris Rudolf, who only made excuses about their inability to immediately retrieve our items and absolved Summit Rentals of any responsibility for our stolen items. This whole process was frustrating and maddening and in the end several hundred dollars of clothing were not returned to us. I cannot recomment any property managed by Summit Rentals.

Excellent summer stay

Perfect condo for 4-day mid-July visit by my wife and I. The photographs are an excellent depiction of the unit. All furniture is in excellent shape; the kitchen is modern and good. Location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the top of Main Street - so we never had to get in our car for walking around town or to dinner. (It's also short walking distance to the Quick Silver Super Chair.) Nice set of shelves and hanger space at the entrance; but no other storage furniture and just a very small closet. So storage space could be an issue if more than two people on a ski vacation. For two adults on a summer trip, we had plenty of space.

Great stay

It was what it said. Great for 2 and ski in ski out. However, indoor hot tub broken otherwise great. Walked to down town. We will be back.

Couldn't have been better.

With the exception of the comfort of the pull out couch and a tricky fireplace, the place was beautiful. I loved the rugs which made me feel right at home. Great location, great communication with the rental place, and all in all, a really nice condo in an exceptional location. I hope we can come again. Thank you.

Skier's Dream Location

True ski-in, ski-out. Quiet, clean, cozy. So nice to take a walk after a full day of skiing for a drink and a bite to eat. Above average property management communication was much appreciated.

Excellent Stay

This unit is exactly as described. The location was perfectly located to ski lodge and Main Street. We had an issue getting the fireplace on and called and they sent someone right away. I would highly recommend this unit!

Anniversary

This was my 12 year anniversary vacation with my wife. The place was in a great location. The bedroom was small with no clothing storage. The shower had terrible water pressure. All that said, the unit was clean and nice.

Comfortable, Clean, Quiet, Convenient

Picked this unit based on proximity to downtown and the Beaver Run Conference Center. A+ for both. The quietest unit I have ever had in Breckenridge. Nicely appointed, great bed and great updates for enjoying for a week. This is the short list for our return trip.
