Ski In - Praktiskt taget In / Out plats nära både Snow Flake Lift och 2. 5 kvarter från Main Street Breckenridge

Uppvärmt garage för att hålla snön av din bil med skåp för att lagra skidor.

Condo fungerar fint för familjer med 2 yngre barn. Loft har en ganska lågt tak.

Nya Hickory golv, köksfönstret, persienner och öppen spis i hösten 2014 gjorde vår lägenhet mycket ljusare och mysigare.

Studio lägenhet med sovloft ligger på 4:00 Road. Snow Flake-hissen ligger 200 steg från ytterdörren, och en utgång från 4-timmars skidkörning ligger 50 meter från ytterdörren. Condo har en låsbar skidbox och egen uppvärmd garage.

Detta är en studio lägenhet, huvudnivån är 370 kvadratfot och sovloft är 140 kvadratfot.

Drottning Murphy säng på entréplan och sovloft med två enkelsängar. Komplett kök med allt som behövs för matlagning. Main Street Breckenridge med en mängd olika restauranger är 2. 5 kvarter bort. Standard badrum med dusch / badkar combo. Gemensam tvättstuga nere med tre löne tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Nya 40 "platt-TV, DVD-spelare, Stereo, liten film samling.

Uppvärmd gemensam pool med 3 bubbelbad fem minuters promenad från lägenheten. Komplett omklädningsrum med skåp på poolområdet. Vinter / Sommartid öppet fram till 21.00. Tillträde till poolen är stängd från slutet av september till och med skidhelg och från stängande skidhelg till minne dag.

Anteckningar om Snowflake Lift och 4 O'Clock Run:
Snöflingan är i allmänhet öppen före Thanksgiving Weekend. Tidig säsong snöfall mängder diktera när lägre 4 O'Clock Run är öppen ner till lägenheten. I allmänhet är skidåkning ner till snöflingan hissen öppen i början av december och ner till lägenheten i mitten av december.

Wow. This place was fantastic. As a 10 year owner of a rental myself I can appreciate all the extras- digital front door custom coded to a number I know well, tons of USB outlets, super well stocked and absolutely superior customer service! This place is great!

Breckenridge Stay

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and very close to Snowflake lift. The host was particularly helpful and responsive, and let us stay parked there for a few hours after we checked out so we can get a few more runs in before heading back to Denver to catch our flight. I would stay here again.

First trip to Colorado

This place was perfect for our family ski trip! It was cute, clean and extremely close to snowflake ski lift and the downtown, making everything super convenient. The laundry access was a great bonus after long days on the slopes. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Location of this condo unit is fantastic. You don’t need a car to ski or go into town. You can check your skis at the snowflake ski lift and you don’t have to carry them back-and-forth to the hill.

Fun loft space for kids

Unit was as described. Tight space but very efficient layout! Laundry was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with serveware for a family, and the half-size dishwasher was perfect for daily use. We donated some dishwasher detergent. Uphill trek to Snowflake lift is a minor drawback, not really an issue if you don’t have young children, and in any case it is less than a block!

Comfortable condo and great location

My kids and I loved the property especially how close it was to the snowflake lift. It had all the essentials you would need and was really comfortable for our annual ski trip. We would definitely stay again.

Cute condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It is small, but the listing is accurate and there was enough room for our family of three. The upstairs loft ceiling is low so make sure you are able to crouch down a little to get in and out of the beds. It was well stocked with the essentials, and there is a community laundry room about 50 feet from the unit that requires an app to pay and use the machines. The location is the best part. About a block slightly uphill to the snowflake lift, and the 4 o'clock run literally takes you all the way back until you are across the street from the the condo. Close walk to main street. If you don't mind a small unit and low upstairs ceilings I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great Location

We had a little issue when we arrived because the condo was not cleaned from the last tenant however the property owner was super responsive and found someone to come clean the place right away. She was so easy to work with and really made everything right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and is walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this condo.

Our family had a fabulous time! The loft area was a fun kid zone, the walk into town was quick & the lift was close by! Also a big hit was the access to the pool & hot tubs. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions—we’ll be back!

Perfect Retreat

Breckenridge is an amazing place with a plethora of activities to do. Our stay was perfect. The location of this studio condo was perfect! Quick downhill access to the Main Street (be ready for the uphill on the way back). Everything was clean and the kitchen had all you needed as well. We did not use any of the pool or hot tub amenities but it’s a short walk to use it. Quick trip for us with a focus on hiking a 14er (Mt. of the Holy Cross). Highly recommend this location!

Great location for skiing, walkable distance to the main street! The only suggestion is to provide more details for pool/hot tub location. It was a quest to find the pool. A map pin would help a lot.

Excellent Location for Skiing

The stay overall was great. A clean overall experience and great location for skiing and getting to town. The walk to the Snowflake Lift is short, comparable to walking to a ski resort from the parking lot. To get back to the place, it's practically ski-in, being able to get off the 4 O'Clock Trail literally across the street. You can either walk to town (around .5 miles) or take the free Breckenridge Free Ride bus from the Sundowner bus stop close by.

Great location cozy space

I took my adult son for some R&R- visiting the area for the first time. We walked to everything.. which was nice. The rental has some steep steps! Great lil kitchen, needed pillows. I finally found some for the Murphy bed. Pool definitely is hard to find. The comfort level of the bed is average. Overall a great experience! I would return for sure.

Ski condo

Location was perfect to access the lift and ski back practically to the house at the end of the day. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy the ski week. Perfect location. Nice having heated garage and parking. Only cons were the pool and hot tub were a 8-10 minute walk away and no fitness center to work out. Also no dryer or washer machine in the actual unit but there is a centralized laundry room for the entire complex very close by that requires quarters
