Freedom Village Lodge is a fabulous single-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in the heart of stunning Big Bear Lake, Ca. The log cabin is conveniently located less than a mile from Snow Summit, the Village, and the Lake.  This quiet, private location at the end of a street faces the heavily wooded Pine Summit Camp so it feels very secluded.  The cabin has many amenities families will love, no matter what season and is an easy walk to many restaurants and hiking/biking trails including “The Town Trail,” with paths to Snow Summit and the Village.

The vaulted log ceilings give you an open feeling in the great room with a cozy fireplace built from beautiful stones. Included in the living room is a foosball table for entertainment and a couch with a recliner large enough to seat 7 people. The SMART flat-screen TV, Amazon Fire Stick and high-speed internet provide everything you need for entertainment. There is also a full wet bar in the large and open concept great room.

The detached garage has been converted to a game room featuring a ping pong table, darts, arcade basketball game, poker table, cornhole, mini-fridge, board games, and a SMART flatscreen TV for nonstop fun!  This allows a little “separation” if needed between the main house and the game room.  A washer pit (similar to horseshoes) is located near the grill for entertainment while cooking.
The large balcony with forest views includes a Jacuzzi, fire pit/table, grill, eating area, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet yet convenient location. Sit under the stars on the private deck or in the fenced backyard and unwind in the Jacuzzi after a day of fun exploring the mountain.  Kids will have a blast playing and sledding right on the property!

The kitchen features everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy your stay, including a dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, grill tools, and more.  The kitchen has an open concept with an island and bar for extra seating, serving, and entertaining. The dining nook seats six plus 4 barstools.

The primary bedroom is spacious with private access to the balcony and is accentuated by an adjoining bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and heated floors. The room also includes a desk and monitor that can be used for working while away from home or completing online schooling.  A Keurig coffee maker, a 55” SMART flat-screen TV, and upgraded bedding complete the master retreat.

Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and is located next to a full bathroom, which also has heated floors.  Bedroom 3 includes twin bunks and a twin trundle sleeping up to 5 guests. The trundle can expand to create a king-size bed. A SMART flat screen tv with internet access is included.

Kids go to bed early?  A door divides the living space from the bedrooms to control noise and create a peaceful environment for sleeping or working/schooling from home while others enjoy the family room. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests to use.

From the spacious deck, visitors can soak up views of the peaceful open forest providing a quiet getaway in a convenient location.  A perfect place for mountain biking, hiking, boating, skiing, sledding, and all 4 seasons of fun and activities!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
