This top floor ocean view beach condo is suitable for a romantic getaway or for a small family beach vacation at an affordable rate. The best feature? A beautiful ocean view from a covered balcony to sit and watch the dolphins play.

This third floor condo at building 5 of Topsail Reef is a one bedroom walkup with air conditioning. Bedroom has a queen bed, mounted Roku TV with free cable, high speed internet, bathroom with combo tub/shower, built in bunks for children, and a well appointed kitchen, fridge with ice-maker, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot air corn popper, flatware, utensils, cookware suitable for simple meal preparation. The living room is equipped with a loveseat and chairs, 32' flat screen Roku TV and DVD player. There is a small dinette with chairs, although if you are like us, you will prefer to dine on the balcony.

North Topsail Island is a quiet, family community with beautiful bluish green waters and uncrowded, unspoiled beaches, the perfect place for kicking back and enjoying nature. Enjoy nature walks that include open ocean on one side and marsh land with estuaries on the other. Though quietly tucked away from the beaten path, it's not far from shopping, dining, restaurants, a spa and a country club for those who want to play golf. Topsail is a sanctuary and boasts a turtle rehabilitation center in nearby Surf City. Wilmington is only 20 miles away for great sight seeing, restaurants, and shopping.

You only need to bring your own bed linens, towels and a bathing suit! There are laundry facilities on-site, as well as two grill areas, with tennis courts and basketball across the street.

**Please Note - BEACH REPLENISHMENT PROJECT in recent years with sandbags to prevent further beach erosion. You will have private beach access from this building. PLEASE DO NOT SIT OR WALK ON THE SANDBAGS OR ON THE DUNES/BEACH AREA BEHIND THE SANDBAGS. These areas are protected and failure to comply may result in a town-issued fine.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, perfect size for the 2 of us. It does have a bunk bed for folks who need addition beds. Great place! Owner was very responsive, easy to work with. Hurricane Debby tried to put a damper on our vacation, but we didn't let that happen. Laura the owner, always checked in to make sure we were doing well through the storm.

Quick trip for 2

We were looking for a small conveniently located place to stay close to the ocean. That is what we got! Perfect for a couple or small family. We were able to sit and watch the ocean, enjoy the breeze. Quiet area. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Awesome Place

I would 10/10 stay here again. I loved it. It was very equipped with everything we needed and the owner was very communicative and helpful when needed. She also realized we left some things and even shipped them for us. It was clean when we arrived, smelt good, and even had music playing for us. Thanks for the awesome stay! We hope to be back.

Beautiful place to stay!

Lovely little place in an old apartment complex and right on the beach which was perfect for me and my friend. It was only a 15-20 minute drive from Surf City, which has all kinds of good food. Mrs. Painter was quick to respond, and was very helpful. Definitely look forward to visiting again!

We liked the place and has easy access to the beach.

The place was nice, enough space for 2 people. Easy access to the beach. The host was great, very thoughtful and very responsive. Few recommendations: I would recommend a better bed, we had difficult time with spring bed. My husband had hard time sleeping on it. I really needed the rest so sleeping in a good bed would have been a plus. The place was fairly clean, but I had to sweep the floors and dust some when we got there. I really enjoy and appreciate clean spaces. I will recommend this place!

Beautiful oceanfront location

Topsail Reef is a condominium complex comprised of 8 buildings that are 3 stories each. This is a lovely 3rd story walk up big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Laura is super proactive, responsive, and helpful. There is a tiki mart in walking distance of the complex for little odds and ends and a tiki bar there as well.

Clean with great view

Property was clean and Laura was very nice. It is on the 3rd floor without a elevator. You will get a little exercise going up and down the steps. Kitchen had all utensils needed. The shower head definitely needs to be upgraded. Was difficult to rinse off. There are two window units one in the main living room/kitchen. The other one in the bedroom. The advertisement I believe said bed covers supplied. This doesn’t include sheets or pillow cases. Be sure to pack your own. The freezer does have a ice maker but it is very slow to make ice. This place was decent but really needs some upgrades.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

The condo is very clean and has all you need to enjoy your vacation. Check in was super easy and Laura was super quick to help with any questions. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. The boys loved the bunk beds. Lots of great places to go fishing close to condo. Really good restaurants near by.

Paradise for a week!

We really enjoyed our week in this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4 which includes two teenagers. It was just the right size for us. You can't get a better view then what we had from the deck, so relaxing and peaceful! Lauren was great to deal with from checking on us to leaving a gift for us in the fridge upon arrival, she really went all out. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you!

Wonder place to stay for a beach front vacation

This was the best experience checking in and the stay at the beach. The manager even text us when there was a hurricane watch and afterwards to make sure all was well. I felt very well taken care of! The view was marvelous! Will definitely be back to stay here!

RE-connecting

It was a clean location with great views of the incoming waves and close access to the beach. The lack of major entertainment offers contributed to our need to enjoy each other more and replenish the energy tank. We cherished the quiet and solitude offered by the surroundings with the Seaview Pier and Restaurant being a favourite. Would recommend a stay for those who like a lazy and relaxed week,. THank you
