This location was perfect for all of the parks and attractions. The condo is a bit more used than what the pictures show. Still a great place, just needs some minor repairs. The beds were comfortable and check in was easy! I would come back again!

We enjoyed our stay it was great for our family. We stayed during thanksgiving and the kitchen was well equipped for that! I received quick responses when we needed anything.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room. Everything was as pictured. The pool was nice. The location was great. Would stay here again!

Clean house overall.Very good location.Very easy to check in and out. Only two down sides. To the front of the house there is a small drop off that is easy to miss and easy to fall and get damaged. Happen to my wife on our stay. Not toddler friendly there are no safety railings but the stairs.

Overall a very convenient property if you are visiting the convention center. We were there just for business. They keep had never worked and they never came to repair it but we had a hard key to use. The place was clean but definitely not deep clean. The downstairs had a little bit of a musty smell, looks like it was from a past guest with broken glass and a beer smell in the garbage. For convenience and proximity it's a decent stay.

Short business trip. Unfortunately it was during the cold snap so we didnt have the opportunity to enjoy the clubhouse, pool, or much time outdoors therefor i cant review any of that. Booking and check-in was seamless. Communication was on point. The house was clean and everything was easy to find. Plenty of towels for each guest which is a huge plus considering ive booked houses for 8 people and had only 5 towels available.Plenty of space in the shared areas.Check-out was easy. Short and sweet. Not a giant list to check off before leaving. That was refreshing in its self.Will book again in the future.

Where do I even start? There were problems from the first night. The host has the worst communication skills and horrible customer service. Their maintenance techs outright lie saying issues were fixed the day after I checked in, but I have pictures, texts and emails that show otherwise. I wished I could upload more than 8 photos. Water leak from upper bath through ceiling into dining room with water on floor and table and chairs, broken lamp in BR, broke ceiling light bottom of stairs, broken kitchen faucet, damaged stair railing, damaged flooring through house, dead roach on the stove, broken dishwasher, broken shelf in freezer. They refused to answer calls on their 24 hour line, every person involved had trouble getting responses from them. I spent at least an hour of my day for the first 5 of my 9 days of vacation on the phone trying to resolve issues. This place was a fantastic stay 5 years ago when I stayed last time. This time was the worst experience. I will not stay there again and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. This host is a terrible host. I would equate them to a slumlord. I will go back to staying at a hotel before I step foot back on to that property. I would even resort to sleeping in my vehicle before going back.
