Beautiful one-bedroom condo in the heart of Central Beach Area. Renovated unit on the 4th floor with partial ocean view from the balcony. Steps from Las Olas Beach and walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, shopping and Las Olas Blvd. The famous Elbo Room s is around the corner. Heated swimming pool, washer/dryer and private parking available in building. High speed internet and cable TV. TVs in the living room and bedroom with more than 130 channels. We are located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes from Miami International Airport. Beach chairs and umbrella available in unit. Customer service available during your stay.

Cute place close to everything.

The apartment is cute with comfy furniture. They also had a nice kitchen with enough pots and pans and leave spices from other renters to use. Loved they had beach chairs and nice sturdy umbrella. Pool area was never crowded because a lot of apartments are permanent residents. Minutes walk to beach and restaurants. CVS and 7/11 around the corner. You do have to drive to go to a big market. Would definitely go back again.

It doesn't get better than this!

It is really hard to write a review for this property, as I would start with the positives, however everything was better than positive – it was perfect, that I don’t know where to start! So, I will start at the beginning! Communications from the start of the process to the day we left was better than 100%. Alex and John responded to every message and question quickly. They even checked up to see how we were doing mid way through our stay. Finding the building and the parking spot was easy, and that says something because I am direction-ally challenged. Access to the building and the apartment was simple. The building amenities were wonderful, and the laundry machines were easy to use, and very efficient – towels and clothing really do need only one dry cycle. We were a bit disappointed that the pool heater wasn’t working, but the water was not too cold on the first day we arrived (it did get colder), but, that is what the beach is for. The people we met in the building are kind, friendly, and always have a “good morning” or “have a nice day” to say. The building is very well maintained at all times. The apartment is nothing short of PERFECT and very clean! The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. The bedroom has ample storage, and the work station was perfect for the week I was at work. The living room and dining area is spacious, and I am sure that if I could figure out how the TV/exfinity worked, I would have watched more TV – however, I think I enjoyed my stay more with less TV. Water pressure is excellent, but it took a short bit for the water to get hot – just enough time to adjust the setting without getting burnt. What sells real estate? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This apartment is around the corner from everything! Restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, and the beach. The beach is so close, I spend my lunch hour soaking up the sun, and never missed a meeting. The apartment has beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. All we need to bring was ourselves. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Wonderful time in Ft. Lauderdale

We had a great 3 week stay in this property. Everything was as advertised and more. It was up to date, clean and well appointed. In addition the location couldn’t be better. Just steps from the beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends.
