Rent this amazing, newly remodeled Oceanfront Condo. This condo boasts a wall to wall makeover that includes all new modern tasteful furniture, kitchen appliances and countertops, fresh paint and new tile. This condo also has a private parking spot in the garage to keep your car protected and out of the sun!
We have provided extra amenities and modern conveniences to ensure you have the perfect vacation...beach towels, wagon, cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrella & toys! Look at the descriptions under each picture to see all the details provided. We also installed black out shades and blinds (new photos coming soon.)
Added to the above are the sunrise ocean views from your oversized private balcony, sunset bay views from your front door. This 6th floor unit is centrally located in Ocean Vista Towers (in the middle of the island!) Convenient walk to the grocery store, shopping, Gravity Park, restaurants and more.
Property offers 2 pools and a jacuzzi, with private access to the beach. There is a play ground area for children that has plenty of grass for running and having fun.

Fantastic Visit

Aqua Dream

Beautifully decorated & comfortable furnishings. Quiet well kept property with excellent beachfront location/views! Downsides - check-in & communication confusing; a few area rugs/mats were trip hazards; some bath towels had faint stains. Have stayed at several VRBOs - this is first one without welcome basket or small wrapped bath soaps and facial tissues in baths.

Beautiful and well equipped!

My sisters and I loved the layout of the condo. The decor was fun and bright and the condo was clean and very well stocked. We loved that every drawer and cabinet was labeled so things were easy to find as well as put away. Watching the fireworks from the front door balcony was a real plus. No need to get into traffic or find a place to park. The sunrises were amazing to watch from the primary bedroom and the balcony. The balcony furniture was nice and having 2 queen beds in the second bedroom was great for adults! We would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this rental. It was a perfect location. Not too far from the entrance to the island. Restaurants close by. Fun things on-site to include a tennis court, a pool, and of course the beach. The parking was convenient, and the property was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was beautiful. Communication with the property manager was easy. She checked in with us early on and then once more during our week long stay. There were board games in the condo and beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella, which made it easier not to have to bring our own. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect beach stay!

I have so much to say about our stay at unit 605. This is our family’s new favorite spot when visiting SPI. It was just myself, husband and 2 young boys. The unit was clean and very welcoming. All beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets which was perfect! Beach towels and bath towels were provided. Dish soap, hand soap and even a little laundry detergent in case it’s needed. Lots of little perks at this cozy condo. There was a wagon, beach chairs and toys for the kiddos! As stated in prior reviews the hand held Dyson was a nice touch since sand loves to creep in on the floor. Check in and communication was easy. We even got a mid point check in from the owner in case we needed anything! The location is perfect and the beach access and pool were easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back and will probably make this our go to spot every summer!

Our stay at Ovean Vista was perfect! Communication was easy & the condo was beautiful, the place was extremely clean, and the ocean veiws were breathtaking. We will most definitely be back & would recommend to anyone!

Great beach getaway

We stayed for a week in the summer. We enjoyed the beach view, the sound of the waves and a great view of the Friday night fireworks. This unit is placed perfectly for easy access to the parking garage and the elevator. I liked the fact it has a king bed and 2 queens. It makes it comfortable for more grown ups. It’s decorated lovely but not overly decorated where you walk on eggshells to make sure you don’t accidentally break something. The WiFi access is really slow and my 5G didn’t work very well either but I was on vacation! So great excuse to not work. Lol

Great Vacation on the Beach!

We were looking for someplace warm and fun for spring break with our two teenagers and this property was fantastic. It was exactly as listed and had a very well equipped kitchen. (They even had an air fryer!) We loved spending time on the deck, down by the pools, and at the beach. We also walked to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store-super convenient! The beds were comfy and our teens appreciated having their own beds in their room. We also enjoyed a sunset horseback ride, visiting the sea turtles, and watching the sunrise from our room. Communication with the owner and Serena (the property manager) was wonderful. Additionally the property was very secure and we did not have any issues with spring breakers as the whole building only rents to adults/families during this time. Thanks for a great stay!

WOW!!!

This is now my new favorite place to stay in SPI!!! The pictures are accurate..and even so much better in person.The first thing I always check whenever I checkin hotels/rentals is the bed- if its changed/cleaned. This place is not only clean (not a speck of hair) it even smells so good!!!! As for the bed itself, my husband said that its the best bed he has ever slept in. We even sent a message to the owner inquring what bed it is- its that good! Even the beds in the other room is super comfortable. This condo has been the best value given all the amenities it offered. The towels are not the cheap thin kind. So clean, soft, thick and smells good. They provided everything I needed and more- even the most powerful Dyson vacuum!!! Omg - i went straight to Amazon to look for it as its the best vacuum Ive ever laid my hands on- lol I just felt the love the owners put into making this place a special one. My husband and I loved it here that we already booked next Spring Break!!! Thats how much we fell in love with this place. Note: you also get your own assigned parking!!!! WIFI is super fast....my husband worked remotely and didnt have any issues. Location is the best- so many restaurants within walking distance. Elevator is super wide and fast..never had issues. I can go on and on about how wonderful this place is.

2024 Winter Vacation

The unit was nicely appointed, but the description is not quite accurate. it is NOT BRAND NEW. Obviously it was refurbished a few years ago, but things are starting to fall apart. (The water filter faucet, in the kitchen, leaks around the base. I reported the light blinking, Serena said the battery is out. No effort was made to replace it). The only heated pool is the kiddie pool for ages12 and under. The Dyson vacuum cleaner would not charge. I reported it The owner ordered a replacement battery a week later I got a message that they had received the battery at the host's office, Someone would come by the next day to replace it. Two days later I sent an inquiry asking if the individual who was suppose to come by had gotten lost. Eventually Serena came by to replace the battery. Actually she was just going to drop it off, but my husband asked her to put it in because we had no tools. After 24 hrs. of charging we attempted doing some cleaning. The vacuum wouldn't even pick up an onion skin. The broom and dust pan worked well. Evidently they use a laundry service to do the towels, because some towels were nice others were threadbare. The cleaning service does a terrible job. We had to clean the bathrooms before using. Serena the "Host" is the worst excuse for a "Host" we've ever had.

Great stay in South Padre

We have really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Vista Towers in South Padre. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this specific condo and it was the best! Beautifully redone 2 bedroom 2 bath with a beautiful view. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Another Prefect Stay

This is the second summer that we stayed in Tom and Alicia. Once again everything was perfect! They kitchen is well stocked with all the tools, pots, pans and cutlery that you could need. They master closet is full of items from chairs, shovels, and toys that you can used down at the beach! And all four beds are very comfy!

Best Vrbo vacation ever!!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely, updated Condo, our 4th time using Vrbo this one wins!! and the condo was just as beautiful in person, close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance! Manager and owner both contacted us and were very helpful with things to do, we had no issues at all. We loved this place and hope to return next year!!

Memorial Day Family Fun

The best unit at Ocean Vista Towers that we've stayed in, beautifully updated and appointed. Serena the manager was very attentive in making sure we got there ok. Will definitely book here again. This is our third year at Ocean Vista Towers, but this was by far the best unit, love how easy it is to get to the beach, the playground, the kiddie pool. Everything was comfortable.

Beautiful and relaxing.

This booking was one of the easiest and most relaxing experiences I've had. The hosts have thoughtfully considered guests with thoughtful consideration, starting with simple and easy to follow check in. The kitchen is fully stocked with homey touches like an air fryer and blender. Going to the beach was painless and again the hosts thought of the little things thay make your trip easier and more relaxing. The available beach wagon, for the chairs, toys and other things in the closet, freed up our hands for our drinks! 😉 Everything was as pictured with no surprises and honestly we felt like we were staying at a family members home. With everything thought of, its hard not to just relax and enjoy yourself. Thank you for a great stay!
