This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. Lovely Beach Front Spot

We loved our stay at this condo! The beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were extremely quick and helpful with any little thing we needed assistance with!

Family spring break

Amazing spring break trip! The condo was exactly like the pictures showed. It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. Check in and out were fast and easy. We got immediate responses from Ed and Betty. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing vacation.

Beautiful sunrise. Pristine Beach.

Beautiful sunrise! Right on a pristine beach. Private entrance to beach and gated community. We were there in March and somehow avoided the spring breakers. The location is excellent. Bedrooms well done. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful in every way. What a blessing!

We had a wonderful stay in SPI! Condo was beautifully decorated and clean! They had everything plus more stocked and ready for us! The property was very well maintained and felt extremely safe. Beach access was easy and the view was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome facilities and location.

This was our best location on South Padre on South Padre to date. We have been to South Padre about 7 times over the past few years. We will certainly return in the future.

Great views

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation. Lots of good food to enjoy and a wonderful view! Host was easily available to answer any questions. Grounds were kept immaculately clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this property.

Great location!

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the ability to use beach chairs/towels provided by the owners. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, and unit provided us everything we needed. Great place - would highly recommend!

Great location for the SpaceX Rocket Launch

We stayed at this condo for the rocket launch and had a great experience. It was about a 20-minute walk down to the park to see the launch, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom is incredible. Note that the master bedroom has the only TV, and the internet can be intermittent at times. Ed was responsive and didn't require us to do a chore list before we checked out - which was a nice added touch since most of the VRBOs I stay in all require a checklist before checking out. It was a good experience.

Just want our family needed! Relaxed Beach Get away

We were sad to leave today, but plan to return and hopefully book this same 3bedroom/3bath Condo again. It was on the 2nd floor with perfect views of the beach! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and overall just a great location! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We appreciated that! We definitely recommend this unit at Sea Viata.
