Great location

We were thrilled with our stay. So handy to have a washer and dryer, kitchen and central gathering area. It was our first VRBO and we'd stay with Cynthia again.

Wonderful vacation stay!

We had an amazing time at this location. The room was wonderful and the location was great too! It was close to a lot of amenities. The only down side was the tar in the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Family vacay

My whole family loved the condo, very spacious great view, nice aesthetic, there was 10 of total and we felt comfortable with the space. Perfect place for a large group and the walking distance to the beach was great! Pool was lovely, sad that it would close promptly at 10. We had everything we needed in the condo for out stay, communication with the owners was prompt and easy to do, would definitely want to stay here again in the future with my family.

Condo for the 4th of July

We took two families- with our grandchildren to the beach for the 4th of July and everyone had a great time. The condo was very accomodating and the pool was amazing!

Wonderful South Padre Condo

This property was perfect for our 3 families. The kitchen was fully stocked and the gathering space( dining/ living room) was bright, spacious, and beautiful. We viewed both the Gulf and the Laguna Madre from the large windows facing south, with a nice sized deck. We could see the gorgeous sunsets from our deck(that might depend on the time of year) Great location close to fabulous restaurants and fun shops. Cynthia and Gus were wonderful to work with- very friendly and answered questions immediately. We will definitely come back here!

Great Family Beach Getaway

Overall Our family had a great stay , Cynthia is an excellent host very responsive, handled any issues immediately plenty of room for 11 of us the views from this condo are beautiful, we loved the pool and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk we would stay here again

Perfect location

This property is amazing - the proximity to the beach and the pools were a huge plus for our family. We loved the little extra touches provided by the hosts. Would definitely stay here again when we return to SPI!

The best place on the island!

My family takes a trip to South Padre Island yearly and we have stayed in various places but these accommodations are the best we've had hands down. The owners, Cynthia and Gus were extremely organized and thoughtful- making our stay so effortless! Everything was amazing. Everyone complimented the cleanliness, the convenience, the amenities... I could go on and on. Thank you for having us. This will be our go to place from now on!

Family Weekend

This was a family friendly, nice, clean, and spacious unit! The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and gaming. The parents loved the fancy showers, clean stocked kitchen and view of the beach. Easy walk down to the beach and a big pool too! Would definitely stay again. Easy checkin and easy checkout as well. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

This condo was so amazing! The pool was wonderful and the hotel has its own easy access to the beach. The room had amazing views and absolutely anything and everything we could have needed. The hosts were excellent and responsive. I have been to South Padre 3 years in a row and this was by far the best place I have stayed in so far!

Amazing Property

What makes this property stand out besides the location and proximity to the beach is the little details. Full size soap, shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms. Ground coffee, Keurig and Nespresso coffee pods and sugar. All the seasonings you could want if you want to cook. The shower in the master bathroom is beyond words. The towels are soft and absorbent and having a full size washer and dryer with detergent. The children in our group loved the boogie boards and beach toys. The pool was nice and clean as were the grounds. The host was attentive and replied to communication in a very timely manner. You will not be disappointed in your stay here.

Great property with lots of room/views. This was our first trip to SPI. The condo was just over the bridge, so skips a lot of the traffic. Great pools! Great beach area, even during high tide had plenty of beach, unlike some other locations we saw while walking the beach. Restaurant food and drinks were great and convenient. Family friendly. Would definitely stay again.
