PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:
-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:
-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

The ultimate relaxing beach vacation awaits at SunDestin Beach Resort, located just steps from the famed white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.

With a variety of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as the outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

Use the elevator or hop up one short flight of stairs to the 2nd floor to Unit 201. Upon entry, you will be greeted with a spacious, open layout, gorgeous nautical décor, as well as sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a flat-screen television. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to four guests and there are three bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. In the spacious living room, a mounted flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze and wonderful views of the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches. This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental features cozy sleeping options for up to seven guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With picturesque views of the gorgeous beaches and a truly at-home atmosphere, SunDestin 201 is a true vacationer’s paradise.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
