This is a newly updated 3rd/top floor condo with 2 bedrooms ( Queen Bed- RM 1, Bunkbeds-Top Twin bed and Bottom Full bed-RM 2) New Queen sleep sofa in living room. Full kitchen and Full Bath (Tub/shower)
100 steps from the beach, 1 mile from the pier, parking for 2 cars, coin-op laundry, gas grills, outdoor hose bib and outdoor heated inground pool.
Perfect for families. Deck seating to enjoy the ocean all hours of the day.
Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs, air conditioning, ice maker, 2 beach chairs, and USB plugs throughout Condo.

NO SMOKING! Additional fee will be charged if we discover you have smoked in our condo.

David and I (Jodi) have been married for16 years and have 3 children. We purchased this property to provide our family with quality time together. We grew up coming to Old Orchard Beach and have fell in love with the area.

Maintained, family friendly, and great proximity to the beach. The Oceanview is amazing. The beach in front of the condo is not overcrowded and is safe to leave belongings while taking a walk along the ocean.

Quiet end of town but close enough to everything Old Orchard has to offer. Shielaâs Country Store is a 2 minute walk from the condo that is family owned and offers delicious breakfast and lunch options along with groceries and adult beverages.
