Vår Lake Havasu Beauty har en stor pool och två stora storlekar sviter med anslutna fulla bad. Detta hem har över 1 500 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och har en delad planlösning för avskildhet.

I det rymliga vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa i queen-size för utökad beläggning. Hemmet sover sex till åtta personer och är fullt utrustat med alla köksapparater och redskap samt säng- och badlakan.

Det finns gott om sittplatser i matsalen och i frukostbaren. I det rymliga vardagsrummet finns ett underhållningscenter med en stor tv-skärm. Hemmet har direkt-TV, DVD-spelare, Wi-Fi och lokal åtkomsttelefon. Ytterligare bekvämligheter inkluderar radio och väckarklockor.

Stor täckt uteplats med uteservering för upp till sex personer, och en propangrill för gästernas användning. Det finns gott om båtparkering på denna fastighet.
Vårt hem är på norra sidan av staden - och är mindre än fem minuter från Windsor Beach start ramp, Nautical Inn, London Bridge och shopping i centrum. Detta är ett vackert hem och är känt som en av de bästa platserna att bo på i Havasu.

We had a great time staying here. The rooms being on each end of the house with their own bathroom was great. Backyard was great with the pool and lake views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a great time and Louise is very sweet.

Arizona stay

As my first experience with an air B&B this was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and pool side relaxation. The only disappointment was that it was initially listed as a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch but the couch was no longer at the property, we should have looked for a 3 bedroom.

Great until afterwards

Our stay was OK there was a flood in the kitchen from a waterline to the icemaker busting that did require most of the day for repair which the host was attentive to in A timely fashion. However, almost a month after this day, the host contacted us expressing dissatisfaction with our exit of the property and asking for money Threatening reporting us to Vrbo/booking etc. We sent the money, not wanting to cause any problems, but definitely won’t stay at another one of these or with this host again.

Charming Oasis Near London Bridge with Outstanding Hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at this charming VRBO home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate pool, which was always clean, cool, and refreshing. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring we stayed comfortable throughout our stay, even in the summer heat. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The spacious driveway easily accommodated our trailer, and the two-car garage had ample room as well. The location was perfect, conveniently near Highway 95 and just a few minutes away from London Bridge. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio, which was a great spot for relaxing. It featured a BBQ and plenty of shade, making it ideal for outdoor dining and unwinding in the evenings. Our host, Louise, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the home. When our escrow closing was delayed, she graciously allowed us to extend our stay without any hassle. Her hospitality made our experience truly special. Thank you, Louise, for being the best host we've ever had!

Family good time

We had a great time ! Perfect place to relax after an day on the water. Was 10min away from launching, stores close by. Would stay here again. Even the neighbors were very friendly and helpful !

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is refreshing after a day on the lake. State park boat ramp less than 5 minutes from the house. Everything you need is close by.

Great house for the family

This is great house in a nice neighborhood in North Havasu. Perfect for families and people going on vacation with friends. The pool is very nice and well maintained

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay, house was very clean and spacious. Louise was very welcoming and great to rent from. The pool was clean and great for cooling off. We plan on staying again next year!

House was really cozy and felt like home we took our boat out for the week . Windsor launch ramp was 5 mins away ,gas station right at corner ,grocery store as well... and after long days in the water were able to come back to nice pool ..will definitely book again

Great house with all the amenities.

Extremely pleased with this property across the board. It had everything we needed for our stay. Was in town for a bass fishing tournament and being 5 minutes away from Windsor Ramp was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again, and Louise was very accommodating! Highly recommend this property...easily 5 stars.

Great vaction rental

The house was conveniently located to town and the boat luances and had plenty of parking for the boat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Perfect house for family get-away weekend.
