Location does a lot of the work on a Disney trip, and this house was taken on for exactly that reason, close enough that an afternoon back at the pool is realistic rather than a two-hour round trip. Glad it fit the way your stay was planned. Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating. The door is open whenever the next Disney run comes around.

The house & property was perfect for our family of nine, very comfortable, kid, friendly, close to parks & dinning, could’ve comfortably accommodated additional family members. Very clean and comfortable spaces, of course, pool and hot tub was added bonus. Communication with Yan was quick & easy, checking in occasionally to ensure we had what we needed.

A family of nine fitting comfortably, with room to spare, is exactly what a house this size is meant to do. Glad the parks and restaurants were close, and that the pool and hot tub rounded out the stay. Thank you for the rating; we would be happy to host the family again.

The pool and the hot tub earn their keep on a team trip, since they give everyone somewhere to land at the end of a long day. Being walking distance to the park helps too, because nobody has to be the designated driver. Glad your group got a good one. There is room here whenever the next trip comes around.

Our first VRBO was a delight. We had 3 generations of family for our stay and 9 people total. The house was perfect and we wanted for nothing. Clean and cozy comfortable beds. When we arrived we found the hot-tub wasn’t working properly and the host responded immediately and had a super nice service guy there to fix the same evening! Quiet lovely neighborhood and Disneyland drop off 8 minute drive away and fireworks visible from front porch. Definitely family friendly- multiple high chairs and strollers, pack and play, indoor and outdoor toys and seating for children Multiple washers and dryers. Landscaping immaculate. 10/10 property
