This house is outstanding. The open floor plan made the house feel spacious and comfortable, and it truly stood out compared to other homes and condos we have rented in Anaheim. The beds were comfortable, the layout flows well, and everything feels thoughtfully designed.Our kids loved it. The single level made it easy for them to move around, the living room was open and inviting, and the detached playroom was a great bonus.The host is kind, responsive, and very thorough. The house was exceptionally clean, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a successful Disneyland trip. Safety features were already in place, including a pool fence and cabinet locks, which gave us so much peace of mind.We heated the pool in December, and the temperature was perfect. The house was well stocked, so we never needed last minute Target runs for basic supplies.It is within walking distance to Disneyland. Since it is a considerable walk, one person in our group dropped everyone at the Downtown Disney drop off location (about a four minute drive), returned the car, and then either walked or brought a small scooter to the parks. It saved us on parking and let the rest of the group enjoy Downtown Disney right away.We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Great Home near Disney

Beautiful home near Disneyland that is setup to enhance a family trip to the area. Our daughter loved the playroom and the pool! The open concept living area offered plenty of space, but kept the family together and the bedrooms were comfortable. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Peaceful paradise

We loved our stay and found the home to be just as shown on the online photos. It was nice to come back to a hot tub and pool after a day at Disneyland. One of the few rentals we haven’t wished for better knives or kitchen equipment.It is an unusual rental for the Disney area. Very well suited for families with children and yet just as well suited for adults. No Disney decor plastered everywhere yet a paradise for kids. The game room almost made me wish we had children with us. Highly recommended for a peaceful adult get away or a family vacation with kiddos.

Disney go to!

We call this our Disney house and will always check its availability first when we're going. It's definitely walkable to Disney but we usually stay all day there, so we just park, but it's a quick easy drive to the parking lot. The house has everything we need and more. Sofas are big and comfy and we enjoy the huge family room kitchen for breakfast and nighttime snacks. S'mores are a must and having the privacy of our own pool and spa is great for a family vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice as well. It's definitely a great family vacation home! We will be back again.

Great host, great stay!

Walking distance to Disneyland (took us 17 minutes to the tram), fun games room and pool / hot tub area. Spacious home, pool was clean and warm (not much of a shallow end but for our teenage boys it was great), had everything we needed. Our family of 4 had a great time and Aaron was excellent... the dishwasher broke down and within 48 hours we had a brand new one installed. Thanks for everything!

Disneyland 8 day stay

Clean, large kitchen very well equipped, comfortable beds, very nice linens and towels. I expected it to be nice from the pictures but I have to say even better. We rented a car for grocery shopping but we walked most days to Disneyland with a 7&9 year old 20 minute walk. Quite street nice Family neighbourhood. We will be recommending to our friends

Nice house in great location, nice outdoor facilities, in need of an update

Our party of 6 stayed here for 8 nights during a visit to Disneyland. The good: Amazing location to Disney; easy check-in process; communicative host; excellent outdoor facilities and arcade area of the kids; great TV in the living room; spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents The not-so-good: Every major kitchen appliance had an issue of some kind... The dishwasher needs replacing - doesn't clean dishes properly, lower rack doesn't slide in/out anymore, and the dishwasher itself tips forward as it hasn't been screwed into the countertop... fridge/freezer ice maker is temperemental and regularly fails to work... oven appears to need servicing as it isn't getting to the temperature set on the controls. The interior is in need of a little attention - i.e. re-paint, replace chipped baseboards and window sills... secondary bathroom shower/bathtub tap is dripping... the properly *looks* like it's been a short-term rental for many years, and it's beginning to show, unfortunately. Overall - we were happy with out stay... Aaron has a great place, but it could do with a bit of TLC to take it to the next level.

Disneyland trip 2024

The house was incredible. Very nicely appointed, and super clean. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The kitchen was well stocked. I came out with my 2 children and we met up with friends from New Zealand. We went to Disneyland with them for 2 days and had lots of visiting time. The time went by too quickly, as it always does. I’m sure if we are ever in the Anaheim area again we will stay there. Aaron was quick to respond to any questions. The whole trip was exceptional. Thank you so much!!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids, 4 and 8. The house had so many things that made the stay convenient with younger kids, from reusable plastic dishes to a bunch of pool toys. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland and CA Adventure, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard area made the stay! It’s a great outdoor area with lots to enjoy. Communication with Aaron was easy and quick, would definitely recommend!

Perfect home away from home

Prior to booking this home for our Disney vacation, I looked at a lot of housing options. This listing stood out for multiple reasons: location, fenced-in pool, hot tub, accommodations for small children, cleanliness, but above all, great communication with the host. This listing has so many five star reviews, and they are well-deserved. Aaron was incredibly communicative and kind, giving us great directions and recommendations prior to our stay. He answered my questions promptly, and when we had a small hiccup after check-in, he was more than helpful, going above and beyond as a host. This house is very clean and well-organized, thoroughly outfitted with linens, kitchen, supplies, and even diapers! We loved the open floor plan, which gave us plenty of space in the common area. We also enjoyed the patio dining area, and I wish we had had more time to play in the pool and hot tub. While the home itself looks to have been built in the 50s, it has been beautifully updated, and you can tell that a lot of care has been put into renovations. We truly had a fantastic stay, and if we are ever in the area again, this is a home I would book in an instant!

Perfect location

House was perfect for our stay. Location is close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Appreciate the added amenities of the house, shampoo, soaps, coffee pods etc. Host was quick to respond to any requests and questions. Enjoyed the outdoor space, hot tub and fire pit. Would definitely recommend this property

Great location, well-stocked property!

Our family of four loved the stay at this house. The outdoor space was fantastic and our kids really enjoyed the game room. The house was very clean and nicely laid out. One thing to note is that this property was stocked incredibly well from pool toys to kitchen supplies and even soaps and sun screens. It was really helpful to not have to buy everything like you need to in some VRBOs.
