Multiple private boardwalks allows you and your family to walk directly to the beach. Two heated pools, 2 outdoor grilling areas the complex has everything you will need for your family vacation. Concierge check-in as well as local management in case of any issues. Hope to host you and your family in the future!!

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Awesome Spring Break!

Perfect location directly on the beach. The unit itself was clean, modern and up to date and had everything we needed for a satisfying week long stay during our spring break. Katalina was a joy to work with and provided prompt, accurate feedback to our questions/concerns. Definitely recommend this unit and would rent again when we come back!

Location, location, location!

We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and easy access to the beach every day! The condo is very well equipped including beach chairs, beach cart, and beach towels. We did have to go back to the store when we realized there were no staples at the house (cooking spray, salt/pepper, oil, foil, etc). It’s nice to have two rooms, one with a king and the other with a queen, so two adult couples could be comfortable. The condo was well appointed. We would stay there again.

Great location, great condo complex, great rental unit. Direct beachfront with nice balcony and great views. Would be happy to rent this unit again.

Located at the Somerset complex, a gated condominium building. Located directly on the beach, so you can view nightly sunsets with due western exposure.
