Please look at the other reviews, this guest was clearly upset they let their dog run free around the exterior of the house and the dog picked up sand spurs. We make no promises about dogs and what they venture into, we are one of the rare companies that has a few dog friendly properties but that requires the dog owner to be responsible for their pet's activities. This is the most ridiculous review we have ever received. The guest did not stay at the property, not for one minute. This review should be ignored and this is a guest that we will never allow book one of our properties. This house is as described and been reviewed by guests that actually stayed at the house, and the reviews have been great. This house is not promised as a luxury house, it is cute and affordable one bedroom beach house with loft - excellent location - steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. This was the most unreasonable guest, the other house that was shown to him was also in excellent condition - we manage over 50 properties and we know how to maintain and present a house, this house is as described and presents well for what it is - a great "Surf Shack".
