Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches!
The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house.
We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask for you to do any crazy chores.
NEW front and back yard landscaping completed January 2024. See the last photo for what it now looks like!

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this beach home, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny.
