This one bedroom poolside condo has 2 private balconies where you can sit and relax and watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. At 700 square feet this one bedroom condo has a queen size bed and sofa sleeper and will accommodate up to 4 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath, this condo should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps out the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.**

A 3 night minimum stay is required for holidays during the summer including Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, and July 4th.

Great Location!

Location was great, right in the beach, most of the rooms have a beach front view! Beds were not the most comfortable, but the rooms were very spacious with double balconies. Would recommend!

Will stay again!

Our family loved it here! The staff was nice. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was very family friendly and peaceful. We didn’t hear anyone in other units aside from some furniture moving (not very loudly). The interior was clean, aside from the pullout couch having quite a few crumbs, but not a huge deal! Extremely convenient to have a kitchen to cook in and a full sized fridge/freezer to keep our food in. The pool was great - the water was nice and warm which was great because the ocean water was cold! The hottub was not “hot,” but about as warm as bath water. Such an easy walk to the beach! I do wish there was a note about bringing your own beach towels or the hotel providing them (at a cost if necessary). A little bit of a drive to restaurants with the busy traffics days. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved it here! Right on the beach! Place had a big fridge, coffee maker, blender and all cooking and eating necessities. Super clean and spacious! Right on beach so we could come and go throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were also nice in the evenings. Great for couples or families! We would love to come back!

Pros: -we arrived much later than expected and the office was closed when we got there. Apparently my card declined for some reason (same card accepted in the morning) so they still left a key card for us and told us to come by in the morning. They could have not let us in that night if they wanted to due to the card issue but they let us in anyway. So kudos to them for that.- I think I might have seen a review that said there were not coffee filters. Well, they have them now, so no worries!- there is filtered water on the fridge which was a real plus because we didnt think to buy bottled water, and didnt have to which was a real plus. -they have a water station on the way back to the VRBO from the beach to rinse your feet and body which was a real plus being able to get all that sand off. -the a/c works great! Cons: the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The main bed was sooooo hard. Like extra, extra firm. Me and my husband moved to the pullout bed in hopes for any small improvement and, while not as firm, you could feel each of the individual springs and the supporting bars underneath of them. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a tempurpedic but honestly just one of those egg carton foam toppers would really help both of those mattresses. -the last 24hrs of our stay the rinse station coming out of the beach stopped working. Hopefully that will get repaired soon as it makes a big difference.Overall, I would come back here.... with a mattress topper lol.
