Om boendet

The Art House

We can almost guarantee you will love this house the moment you walk in. The large main floor is all open, bright, and warm. The four bedrooms and laundry room/art studio are all on the second level. The house is powered completely by solar energy (like most of the houses in the area), and there is always more than enough power. The backyard deck is large, shaded, has a large gas grill, a fire pit, two tables, and seating for 10. Guests have access to everything the home offers. There are 3 TV's with cable TV and Roku. Please park in driveway.

Just like home

Really nice place in a quiet neighborhood close to Boulder with a super back porch/patio to hang out. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and everything you need in the kitchen. Very nice and laid-back hosts.

The house was perfect for our family that was vacationing and playing softball in the area.

Good location from softball fields in the area. The house was clean and all the amenities that we needed were provided. The house is attractively decorated and a very neat house.

Feels like home

We were so well taken care of by John and Ruthie during our stay in Lafayette. Our daughter recently had a newborn and we had another daughter getting married the week after and as new grandparents, we wanted a place we could conveniently have easy access to during our stay. Owners allowed use to use their outdoor grill to gather our family and even put their corn hole games out for us to use. Thank you John and Ruthie for a very comfortable stay and best wishes in your continued adventures in CO.

Felt like home

Great house with lots of room. Owner easily accessible and quick to answer any questions. In a quiet neighborhood and loved relaxing on the back patio.

In town for 16 U girls softball tournament.

Found the property online, made the reservation, actually had to modify the reservation by one day, And all were handled seamlessly and with great professionalism. The house was perfect, centrally located, could not have been better.

Charming all around

The owners are wonderful people. They made us feel right at home. The house was charming, spacious and comfortable. Short walk to downtown.

A great stay!

This house was wonderful - it had everything we could want, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient for going to both Boulder and Denver during our few days there. The owners were friendly and communicative and we would stay there again!
