Step inside the main house and discover a spacious first floor complete with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room where you can gather with loved ones. The convenience of a full bathroom and mudroom with washer and dryer adds to the comfort of your stay. Plus, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (brand new mattresses) and its own exterior entrance offers flexibility and privacy. Head upstairs to find the luxurious master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and private balcony access, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Another queen bedroom (brand new mattress) also boasts an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. On the third floor, yet another queen bedroom (brand new mattress) awaits with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space to retreat to. Step outside to the screened-in porch and beautifully redone backyard, where you'll find outdoor seating, a dining table for 8, additional seating for 2, and a convenient propane grill. After your beach adventures: rinse off in the outdoor shower and conveniently store your beach gear in the mudroom. The carriage house offers additional accommodations with a queen bedroom (brand new mattress) , full bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a convertible sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or family members.
Take advantage of the short walk to Blue Mountain Beach Regional Access, or explore nearby riding trails for biking enthusiasts.

Guest Bedroom #1 is located on 1st floor- Two custom built-in twin over twin bunk beds with exterior door access
Master Bedroom is located on 2nd floor- King bed and Queen Murphy bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, double vanities, private access to porch
Guest Bedroom #2 is located on 2nd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- shower/tub combo, single vanity
Guest Bedroom #3 is located on 3rd floor- Queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom- walk-in shower, single vanity

CARRIAGE HOUSE:
Primary bedroom has a Queen bed.
Pull-out convertible sleeper sofa

** There will be 12 wristbands for pool access at the property when you arrive. If you do not have 12 wristbands, please let us know immediately upon arrival. All 12 wristbands must be returned/left in the unit upon departure; Village of Blue Mountain Beach charges $100 per wristband to replace and this charge will be passed on to you/guest for any wristband not returned at departure.**
BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
