Pool was nice but cool (March) conveniently located to restaurants and beach coffee shop and other stores . Wonderful area ! House is roomy and comfortable and well stocked ! Not our first stay with Pinkie and certainly not our last!!!

Spacious and functional vacation space. We loved our stay at Seagrove beach. Owner was easy to communicate with and super responsive. Golf cart was a plus and easy way to move around.

Spring Vacay

Let me first say the house was simply beautiful!!! The procedures for check-in were good and we were given thorough instructions to enter the property. The only issue we had that was to no fault of the owners is that we were without internet and tv for the first night due to landscaping cutting the line. The owners got a technician out to fix it expeditiously. The property was cleaned and ready to go when we got there. If you enjoy a quiet vacation area this is definitely the place to rent! I think this is the best sleep I've ever gotten on vacation you couldn't hear a peep outside. I look forward to renting this property again in the future.

The house is beautiful! Everything was very nice. The air was not working in the little apartment over the garage when we got there and it has a strong moldy smell. we called the maintenance number and the air guy was there within an hour to fix the problem. The public beach was a little bit of a problem because it is very small and overcrowded. we found an access point that we did enjoy at dune allen but it was a little bit of a trek and parking was scarce. overall we had a great trip.

Beautiful, clean, safe. Highly recommended. Not much to do, but nice get away location for sure.The golf cart was the prime icing on this great cake. Had just about everything we needed. The not so great was weak toilets upstairs and had to get gas for grill (were reimbursed)Could be an excellent place with details fixed.

Great location as we could walk to the pool. However there were several issues and communication with the leasing company was difficult. Parking was an issue, cleanliness of the rental was an issue. A golf cart was included with our rental but upon arrival I had to sign a new agreement with no explanation given, and could not get an answer from leasing company on the golf cart key. I had to resolve it myself.

This was our first time in Santa Rosa Beach Fl. The house was just as described, it was perfect for our large group. The open kitchen/dining/living was perfect. We had one issue with the upstairs apartment not being clean. We contacted the host who said they would send the cleaners ASAP but we decided to clean it ourselves and that is what I would prefer. The golf cart was perfect as was the location to the pool, beach and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids, they loved the pool and putting area and shuffleboard just short walk away to go after a day on the beach , A short walk to the coffee shop in the morning and next store a good ice cream stop. Having a golf cart was certainly a hit with kids since it was alittle bit of a long walk to the beach area . Accommodations were perfect for our size family to play games and large couch to all sit and watch movies,
