This ninth-floor condo at the one-and-only Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is completely remodeled and features nautical navy and white decor and an open layout perfect for close friends or family.

Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront and the Gulf from the living room and kitchen/dining areas of the condo. The living area features comfy seating and a huge flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances plus all you need for cooking meals or preparing snacks for the beach. An island offers seating for two and the dining table alongside it can seat 6.

Just outside the living room/dining area, open the sliding door to your private balcony and enjoy the breeze and salty air.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. Our guest room has a queen bed and flatscreen TV. Twin over full bunk beds are tucked into a nook in the hallway and two more guests can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. In-unit washer/dryer are ideal for drying your bathing suits or freshening up your outfits throughout your stay. High-speed wifi keeps you connected during your stay.

The nautical decor and shiplap are beachfront perfect--clean, fresh, crisp. This condo is one of the most stunning at the complex.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Best VRBO rental yet!

Had an exceptional experience at Sailor’s Delight. The property owner was very welcoming and responsive. The condo itself was very clean and well kept. It was clear a lot of love and thought went into the rental. The Edgewater resort itself had all the amenities you could wish for, and the location was ideal for families. Would definitely consider a second stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to others. Our best VRBO experience by far!

5 Star - Owner Anticipates needs and encourages Open Communication

My family and I stayed there for fall break last week. From the time we booked, we received personal texts from the owner and were invited and encouraged to respond with any questions we had leading up to the trip. Just before the arrival, he prepared us for everything and asked questions that were relevant to the arrival process. During the stay, he was available if we needed anything, but otherwise unobtrusive. The condo was VERY CLEAN and everything was in great condition. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Home on the beach

The condo is exactly as pictured, well appointed and excellent location. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved watching the water from the comfy recliners in the morning. Charley was a fantastic host with easy and friendly communication. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back

We are Charley & Karla and we have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. For over 20+ years we’ve been bringing our family to Panama City Beach, Florida. In 2017 we finally realized our dream of owning a condominium and shortly after remodeling it and being blessed with great guests we purchased another condo at Edgewater Beach Resort. Both of our condos have been completely remodeled and we are thrilled to be able to share our piece of paradise with our guests.

Having stayed in a lot of different condominium complexes throughout PCB, we decided to buy at Edgewater Beach Resort. Edgewater is the only true resort with full service beachfront restaurant, 11 pools to include a large lagoon style pool, gift shop, fitness center, golf and tennis facilities.

The huge lagoon pool is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant with superb food and an incredible array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it. A 9-golf course, tennis & basketball courts and gym keep you active. And our upgraded luxury condo is the perfect setting to enjoy it all.
