Dogs allowed with a $300 Non-fundable Fee for one and a $150 additional Fee for two (sorry no cats.) Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Offers so much: 2 vehicle carport with total parking for 4 cars (no parking passes needed,) charcoal BBQ grill, CAC, WIFI, and 1st fl. shower and laundry for those frequent beach trips. Rents Friday to Friday so you can avoid all the Route One Saturday traffic! Guest pays a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
