The property is ideally situated, close to the beach and the town. Our host was quick to respond to every question. The varnished wood in the dining room was warm and inviting. We appreciated other features, too, such as the screened in porch. It was a perfect fall getaway.

This was the perfect house for my daughter and me. An easy 2 blocks walk to the beach where it wasn’t too crowded to find a spot. Another easy stroll to the main strip for restaurants and shopping. Charles was a very kind communicator and host. Happy to return!

As a repeat customer for this property, I can say that the cottage is always in pristine condition upon arrival. The host makes check-in as easy as possible by sending the keys to the cottage well ahead of time. The back yard is nice for morning coffee or evening cooking with the gas grill provided. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and many countertop kitchen appliances. The dining area is charming and comes with ample dinnerware and cutlery. No cook will be disappointed. The full bathroom, half bathroom, and outdoor shower are a big plus. The cottage's greatest asset for some will be its location two blocks from the boardwalk/beach and eight short blocks to the center of town.

Cottage was very clean on arrival. AC units worked well when needed. Back patio gas grill is available and easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. Two blocks from the beach in a great neighborhood. Just like being at home in a desirable vacation spot. Highly recommended.

House is exactly as advertised - a perfect place to sleep, located in walking distance to everything you'd want to do. We have stayed 2x now and hope to be back again! The host is very easy to communicate with and clear with instructions/what is made available for use at the house.

The two best things about 802 Bayard were the front porch, and the mattresses. Oh, and the house was clean. Not to be overly critical, but there should be a railing on the front porch for those who need it, and a safety bar in the bathtub/shower enclosure. Although the living room is small, the furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There should be toilet tissue for the guests, and bath soap. Bathroom mirror needs replaced. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this rental.

Nice yard, lots of fans and window air conditioning, a bit too loud in the bedrooms which makes it hard to sleep. In the Queen size bedroom, the drawer chest is in bad shape and some drawers are falling apart! We appreciated the offer street parking.
