This was the perfect beach set up for me and my husband. The host was so kind and easy to communicate with. It had a beautiful screened in porch and was located just a few houses away from the beach. We will absolutely be coming back.

Great early fall beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I brought our corgi dog to an excellent off-season beach getaway. The cottage was supplied with lots of snacks by the owner, and we had excellent communication from the start about just minor issues. We were just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and just a mile to Cape Henlopen park for great biking and bird-watching. There is a sunny, screened in back porch, which was perfect for reading or puzzling. If we visit Rehoboth on another trip, I'm sure we'll look to stay here again.

It’s always a pleasure hosting guests who appreciate the beauty of the off-season here in Rehoboth. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to see you all again soon! BHHS PenFed Realty

Traditional beach cottage style decor inside. Very clean and a beautiful screened in porch with fans. The plus is the beautifully renovated bathroom which was a lovely touch. They owners of the home definitely take pride in their rental. A lovely welcome basket was provided too.

Enchanting Vacation

My daughter joined me for a week at this precious spot. We absolutely loved the house and the whole vibe of the place. Nestled in the garden behind a grand Rehoboth house, it is charming and cozy and tasteful, and clean. We easily walked back and forth to the beach, to the main strip of Rehoboth, and all around the quiet neighborhood streets. Most of all the hosts couldn't have made us feel more at home. We felt so lucky to meet and speak with them. One of our favorite times at the beach!

Sweet little cottage in an unbeatable location

We stayed here for a mini vacation (Thursday afternoon to Sunday) and it was a perfect choice. A quaint, 1930's traditional Rehoboth cottage in The Pines. The cottage is well appointed with everything you might need for a short stay. We typically cook the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The path to the ocean is just a 1/2 block away and you can easily walk downtown to visit shops and restaurants. We'll stay here again.

Cottage by the beach

The cottage was lovely. Neat and clean with enough supplies to make our stay wonderful. Loved the little basket of goodies that were waiting! The screened porch was such a bonus - we ate, worked (unfortunately), napped and enjoyed the peace and extra space. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. My husband loved the rain showerhead. Kitchen is a bit dated BUT had everything you needed to make a meal. Well appointed. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus - short stroll with a good sized beach and life guards. The parking pass was included as well. Would love to go back again! Thank you!

Great location

Well stocked kitchen. Even thought it was small it had everything you could/would need. Screened porch was great! Location was great! Only issue is on of the new Mini Split AC units was not working ...a few minutes after we turned it on, it began leaking water all over the floor. Called Rental company and they said owner was aware and to use window units.....Someone would call us to come and fix it during our stay. No one called so we had to use the noisy window units the whole time and the living room was not that cool during our stay.

Hi Cheryl, I'm glad that you enjoyed your time at the beach! I'm sorry that the split system was on the blink but I hope you found the cottage cool even though it was a bit noisy. I apologize for the miscommunication, but we were unable to get an HVAC repairman out to the property during your stay. It is a brand new HVAC Split unit and it shouldn't have been an issue and has now been resolved. We look forward to hosting you again. Best, BHHS Gallo Realty
