Lovely Apartment!

We just got back from our wonderful stay. Everything about the apartment exceeded expectations. It was easy to find, spotlessly clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is close to everything, we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the living room while gazing out at Notre Dame. The size was perfect for our group of four. Jean-Michel is very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about it. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris!

Ideal location to explore Paris

Had the most magical stay in Paris for a week. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. Very clean, even had robes and slippers for all of us! Metro stop was right out front from which we could explore the city. So many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, just ideal in every way.

Incredible apartment - Best location and so French!

This apartment blew us away how beautiful it was and what an amazing view and location it was in! It's a quintessential French looking apartment with herringbone wood floors, tall ceilings, French furniture and shuttered windows that fully open up and overlooks Place de L'Hotel de Ville. The kitchen was fully stocked, with a Nespresso maker, regular coffee maker and electric tea kettle. They even left a nice basic of snacks! The bathtub was huge and amazing (bring your bubble bath!), a large shower with a rain shower head, plus a heated towel warmer. Jean-Michel was a wonderful host, answered all my questions quickly and was so kind. The instructions in the booklet in the apartment, were very thorough for everything you need. The appliances were all new. The only thing there wasn't, was a stove, but the microwave had a 'crisper' option, which I didn't really use, but it helped with warming up our croissants. The area is incredible! Half a block from the BHV department store, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a Metro stop right out front! It was so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable too! There was a portable heater as we were there in November so it was nice to use from time to time. We felt it was spacious and had a slider door to close off the 2 twin beds/ dining area from the living room area. We absolutely had the BEST time and this apartment was incredible! I would go back again and again. Look no further!

Great location for first time Paris visit!

Everything was excellent with this property. So many good shops and restaurants in the Marias neighborhood and only a few minutes walk to N Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, etc… In a bustling location with some street noise at night but not past midnite and never a serious problem. Would definitely stay again here if we return to Paris.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Apartment

Traveling with two children (ages 8 and 10), we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment is perfectly situated, just steps away from a metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore all the iconic sights. Many attractions were within walking distance, allowing us to soak in the charm of Paris every day. The building itself has a beautiful vintage character, adding to the authentic Parisian experience. Inside, the apartment was well-furnished, blending classic style with modern comforts. It provided everything we could have wished for—a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living area perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was how safe we felt both inside the building and while coming and going, regardless of the time of day or night. The neighborhood was welcoming and peaceful, giving us peace of mind as we explored the city. The host was attentive and ensured our stay was seamless. We felt right at home and had an amazing trip that we will cherish for years. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central, charming, and safe place to stay in Paris!

Superb

The apartment was perfect for our stay: beautifully decorated, inviting, very well equipped, spacious and really comfortable. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Lafayette. The location couldn’t have been better - so easy to get anywhere either by walking or hopping on the Metro or a bus right outside the front door.

Fantastic location and apartment

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was well maintained, very comfortable, and great location. We walked almost everywhere. There is a metro just under as well if you prefer that. It was a lovely stay and we will use this apartment again if we come back to Paris.

Best of the Best!!

The location is the best! You can see Notre Dame from your windows. You also overlook a piazza which has an unobstructed view. The apartment sleeps four and is very clean. We used the washer and dryer every day. The unit exceeded my expectations.

What a place!!!

Amazing location steps to everything, good food great sites, amazing convenience. The view from the window seeing Notre Dame (being fixed) and the courtyard of Hotel de Ville, made us feel like we were the mayors of town! Communication was the best weve ever had, all questions answered and assistance and consideration planned to make things easier. Recommend for anyone wanting a safe central location with fantastic hosts. 5 stars and perfect marks.

Comfortable apartment with fantastic location

There isn't much to add that hasn't already been captured in other reviews. The space is excellent for a family and the location is ideal for exploring Paris. We were able to walk to nearly all the sights and neighborhoods that we wanted to explore, and the metro is right outside for locations that are farther out. We were there in December and as an added bonus got to overlook the Hotel de Ville Christmas market with Notre Dame in the background. We would definitely stay here again.

Lafayette Rivoli Apartment - wonderful stay

We appreciated being in such a centrally located, beautifully appointed, safe, and spacious accommodation! Each morning and evening we enjoyed the stunning view of Hotel de Ville's facade with Notre Dame in the distance. Jean-Michel and Nicole were attentive hosts who responded promptly to inquiries, were gracious and helpful. We were greeted with an impeccably clean apartment and thoughtful welcome basket with wine and snacks. We sincerely wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks again for hosting such a comfortable stay in Paris!

Prime location and comfortable apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. There was lots of room for our family of 4 and the location was so good for our base. Easy to get to all the sights and close to great shopping, walks, and restaurants. The host was very easy to contact and was very helpful.

A perfect week at 68 Rue de Rivoli

The apartment is beautiful and fully functional. First the beauty: The view!! We loved people watching from the large-windowed balconies. We had a bird's-eye view of the retirement age demonstrations at the Hotel de Ville. We could see Notre Dame. The apartment itself was decorated in an elegant yet comfortable style. Second the functionality: I could live there. Everything works. The kitchen is lovely. We only cooked the occasional breakfast and ate our last dinner in the dining area over-looking the Hotel de Ville. I'm sorry we only had one week.

Ideal location and amenities

Apartment was ideally located - walking distance to many Paris landmarks as well as having a metro within 100m. Laundry meant we could travel with only carry-on luggage and kitchen meant we were able to cook sone of the food we picked up at various markets.
