Multiple beaches are a 10 minute walk away as well as downtown shopping & restaurants. Spacious home sleeps 10 comfortably so bring the family! Great for summer vacations or weekend get-a-ways any time of year. The new pool, hot tub & pool house is exclusively for Harbor Club owners & their guests!

The space
Casa Laguna is a 2127 sq. ft home with 4 bds & 2.5 baths in a private community just north of the marina. Breezy, beach decor compliments the quality furnishings and relaxed vibe. Escape to your master suite, or spread out in the other 3 bedrooms. The fully outfitted kitchen has granite counters, dishwasher, coffee pot and full size stove & fridge. Home features 2 flat screen TVs, washer/dryer & an infrared fireplace for cozying up to on a winter weekend get-away. Casa Laguna also has front & back porches, Central A/C & abundant parking. Never run out of hot water with tankless hot H2O

Beautiful and clean!

The house was beautiful and super clean. Had just what we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. They let us check in early which was nice since we were already in the area. Well equipped. Cute neighborhood with things to do close by.

Perfect family vacation

Our host Matt was so nice. The house was perfect for our family, the grounds are beautiful with great pools and a fishing ponds with snapping turtles. Sorry to leave.

Great location

This listing for this property is 100 percent accurate. It was in a great location for a very short drive to the North and South Beach and all of the shops and marina. The only suggestion I would have for the property is to have ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and a property map would have been helpful to know exactly where the other pool was located. It was a lovely home and a really beautiful area.

House and location were good. Owner not so much

The stay went well and the property was very nice. The house was very well stocked to accommodate my family. There were sufficient kitchen items to make meals so we did not have to eat out every meal. There was also beach equipment in the garage for use as well. Everything was good until the checkout process. The owner was expecting a picture of the pool key fob which I could not provide to him because the VRBO app does not allow me to attach photos in the messaging section of the app. Matt (the owner) insisted that I could even though I chatted with VRBO customer service who said photo attachments are not allowed in the messaging app. He also said his contact info was in the listing. I checked multiple times and I can assure you it was not. He felt the need to charge me a late checkout because I contacted him after the 10 am check out time and told him to confirm with the cleaner that the key was there. I was out of the home because I watched his cleaner walk into the home at 10am when he arrived from the driveway. Matt seemed more interested in charging me than working out a solution to confirm the key was left in its place. The stay was great but Matt the owner was very unpleasant to deal with. I would stay in one of the many other VRBO rentals in the area again but not at this house. Purely so I don't have to deal with the frustration of dealing with him.

This house is exactly as shown.

There was plenty of room for all of us, and there was plenty to do. We were there for a family wedding so our weekend was pretty busy. A couple of us got to the pool one day. It was very clean and nice. The house has plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. We would stay again if we head that way again.

Family staycation for a May wedding

Clean property beautiful place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cards were a nice touch for evening. Showers were lovely. Towels plentiful. Comfortable bedding. Spacious. Clean floors. Easy checkin although I’m a planner and I was sweating it because house code given so close to checkin time. ( In fairness to Mathew he warns you of this) But code was there right on time ! Hot tub looks closed because top on. Just on to keep heat in even though in closed inside with pool. Overall great stay. Super close to downtown and wedding venue.

Great place to stay in South Haven!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The enclosed (think greenhouse) pool and hot tub were a great amenity on a crisp April weekend. Matt quickly addressed any issue we had. Would love to stay again when the weather is a bit warmer!

Great Getaway spot!

We booked this property for a last minute Spring Break stay and it was perfect! Very drivable to the downtown South Haven area, grocery store close by and many "extras" included. Fully stocked kitchen, games, and laundry pods just to name a few. The indoor pool in the neighborhood (walkable from the house) was a fun addition that our kids enjoyed going to every day! Matt was very easy to work with and was always quick to respond if we had a question. Would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to South Haven.

Sisters weekend

Great location, close to everything, walkable neighborhood, quiet, friendly neighbors. The house is modern, clean and configured perfectly for our group. The bunk beds are a little close to the floor but might be great for little ones. I would recommend this house.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed over labor day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, wagon, and pleanty of games. There was the perfect number of beds/bedrooms for our group. The house was overall clean (besides a few cobwebs here and there). Location was great, we were able to drive to downtown South Haven or walk 15 minutes to the closest beach!

Terrific time

The house was wonderful. We appreciated the beach items in the garage and games for 7 adults/ 3 children. Closely located to community pool and beaches. Our favorite was Packard. South Haven is a great place for meals and shopping. My favorite thing in the house was our mattress and quality bedding.

Awesome home

We have stayed in many homes thru VRBO. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable, along with the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had! We had 10 people aged 14-50 and ate all meals “in” but one, and never needed anything extra that wasn’t provided in the kitchen. So many other extras are included! Beds are super comfy. Quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks. Our kids loved fishing in the pond and the swimming pool. Newcome Beach is a short distance away with plenty of close parking. Wonderful vacation home! Would definitely rent again!!

We are very picky people. Cleanliness is very important to us. It takes me a while to find a place because I am worried if it is clean or not when we walk into this place, I turn into my wife is going to be clean. It smelled clean house was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. The house was well stocked and it was nice to have the choice of games, clean grill, fishing poles, in which equipment the only negative a bottle stay what’s the weather. Unfortunately, the week that we wet it dropped in the 60s if we ever came back to Southhaven, I would definitely want this place again.

This is a beautiful property that did not disappoint

The kitchen is well equipped, home is very spacious and beautiful! Plenty of bathroom space. Location is close to everything in town. The back patio chairs are great quality but had to be carried to the back patio from garage and back after stay-this was a little cumbersome for girls trip. Overall wonderful experience

Perfect birthday getaway!
