Newly remodeled and furnished two bedroom - 1 1/2 bath duplex just steps from the Atlantic. Ground floor entrance with large closet for beach items. Large storage room for safely securing any of your vacation equipment and has secondary refrigerator.
Second floor has large family room with smart tv over fireplace. Queen sleeper sofa and over-sized chair containing twin sleeper. Access to rear covered screened-in porch with two person swing. Fully furnished kitchen with new appliances and kitchen table. Also located on living floor is stacked washer/dryer and powder room.
Top floor has a king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both have decks that provide great views of the surrounding area including ocean views. Large bathroom with double vanity.
There's an outside shower for easy sand removal and propane grill.
You also have access to community dock to launch kayaks, paddle board, fishing and crabbing.(this equipment is not supplied)
*Please note at the current time we do not offer bed linens and bath towels.
Beach access is located on Myrtle Dr which is just steps away. No need to load the car.

Never Disappoints!

My wife and I brought the family again to stay at this house. I think this is our 6th time! The house is even better now than the 1st time. Great owners, great neighbors, super clean! See you in the Spring!

Home away from home

This was our third year in a row staying in this location for our annual family vacation. Rich is a perfect host and the house is fully loaded with everything you need. I especially love having two fridges really helps keeping everything cool. Topsail is an amazing beach with a few min walk to the public access. House has chairs and covers with lots of games as well. This is the perfect house with a great host who is always so fast to respond if you ever need anything.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful accommodations! We had the BEST time! Rich is a wonderful attentive host. Home is steps away from the beach. We certainly will come back to this home..and I have never felt before the need to return to the exact same spot for a vacation! Everything was perfect! Thank you Rich for helping my husband with our car issue and staying in communication with us! Highly Recommend!

Great beach week

This property was exactly what we needed for a great week at the beach. It was very clean and well stocked. The beach access is a short walk from the house. We loved all of the decks. Our favorite was the screened porch with a view of the ocean and a swing. We plan to be back!

Awesome!!

We have stayed at this property several times, and we enjoy it more every single time. From the convenience of the public access to the beach to the private dock, this place has it all. The neighbors are great and the house is the Cleaners property on the island! We will rebook again soon.

Lovely Home & Awesome Host

If you’re looking to book this lovely home - do it!! We had the greatest week here and would recommend to anyone. The house was clean, cozy, and steps from the beach - with a lot of great beach accessories as well. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view from the top balconies were beautiful. Rich was a very caring and communicative host and the check in/out process was very easy. We can’t wait to stay again!

The best vacation experience we have ever had!

First off the property was absolutely immaculate. I am a bit of a germaphobe and there was no dust or dirt to be found anywhere. The views were great and the property was in a great location. I can’t say enough good things about Richard! He was an awesome host! We were coming down during a hurricane and he kept an open line of communication with a quick response to all of our questions. He even wanted us to check in when we got there to make sure that we were safe! He made everything so easy! We will definitely be returning!

Great place!

Clean, well-maintained place that is in a great location. We had a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner was very responsive and helpful to get everything in place. Our family very much enjoyed the stay and we are already thinking about coming back!

Best beach vacation ever!

We had been missing Topsail Island since having to move away, and on a whim came across this listing. We feel so lucky to have come across this property because this has been the most wonderful, enjoyable beach vacation I’ve ever had. We made so many wonderful memories with our kids, and being able to bring along our dogs was the icing on the cake. The host, Richard, was incredibly kind and generous. My husband and I kept saying to each other that we hope we can make this a tradition to stay in this house for our beach vacation each year! Don’t hesitate… book this beautiful home and you won’t be disappointed!

Great place and location

We had a fun and relaxing week. The house is very nice, spacious for the 3 of us, and well equipped. Rich is great too - I let him know the water hose broke and a new one was connected in an hour. It provides a lot of peace of mind to have a responsive host. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property. Richard is a great host. He’s very responsive. I cannot speak highly enough of the beach chairs and Shibumi shade that he makes available to guests. Super helpful not to have to pack those! Also, I usually avoid places that accept dogs because they often have odors or aren’t as clean as I’d like. But, this place is spotless, and I didn’t detect any odors either time! We brought our small dog, and we were very pleased both times!

** I don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want this little place of heaven to get to popular!😉** Home is beautiful, the perfect spot for a family getaway. Beach is across the street, intercoastal is close and can be seen from all the decks with views of the beautiful sunsets! Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing time in Topsail

Our third time coming to this location and it was great as ever. Love the new chairs on the master bed room deck with amazing views of the sound and ocean. Short walk to the beach with all the chairs you could imagine. Really really enjoy our stay here!!! Rich is the best host he is always super quick to respond and the house is always spotless!!

Six Great Weeks!

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed six wonderful weeks here. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Rich is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Excellent place to get your mind right.

I recently lost a loved one and I needed a couple days to get away from life. The townhouse was perfect. Clean, steps away from the beach and very accommodating. Perfect getaway for 4-6 guests.

Good Clean Place

We usually take most of your vacations in our camper and we wanted to take a break. We were pleased with the home and the owner is a nice guy who cares about the experience you have. He will communicate well with you and is genuinely concerned about your stay. It was nice to not have to bring a bunch of equipment with me for the beach. The home already has everything you need.
