Are you looking for a hauntingly beautiful vacation in Savannah? Skip the hotels and stay at our East Jones Street Studio in the heart of the historic district. Be in the middle of everything. Right across the street from Clary's (Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil), you're steps away from the Mercer House, SCAD and The Cathedral of St. John. This place is for those looking to get away, escape life for a while and get swept away by the Spanish Moss in the old oak trees.

You'll have an entire studio to yourself. It has it's own entrance through the gate to the right of the house (not the main entrance up the steps). From there, there's a shared patio you can sit and hang out at your leisure. There's a washer and dryer you're more than welcome to use. On your down time, please enjoy the roku streaming channels and wifi. There is free street parking outside of the condo, just please be aware of street cleaning signs to avoid any parking tickets. There is also a pull out sofa with a twin mattress if you prefer separate beds!

25 Minute drive to Tybee!

If you don't feel like walking, or need to go just little further to River Street, you can easily flag down a Pedicab for a quick and pleasant ride to your destination. Also available is the free Downtowner (its a local Uber paid for by the City)!

This is truly one of the best locations in the city, and after staying here you will feel like a true Savannahian.

Our housekeeping Team is working hard to provide excellent service you and your family. Perfect SAV Home Base

We love staying on Jones Street! The unit is small and just the right size for two-three. It had everything we needed for quick in and outs as we moved our daughter back to SCAD. The shared courtyard is a nice place to sit and relax. Clary’s being across the street is icing on the cake. We hope to return again.

Wonderful Stay

We so enjoyed our 3 night stay! Perfect location, walkable to everything. So convenient to have a breakfast/coffee shop across the street. Loved the neighborhood!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Free on street parking - Everything worth seeing within walking distance - Across the street from Clary's Cafe. All BIG pluses! Very comfortable quarters and a great bed - added bonuses. If your plan is to stay-in and watch TV? Bring a book. Otherwise, I can't imagine a better spot for a Savannah getaway. Loved it!
