This is a secure building 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath architecturally designed beautifully furnished contemporary duplex is 50 yards to the beach with a partial ocean view from the living room and a 500sf awesome sun deck with a 360 degree views. COMMON AREA ocean deck. The living room is very bright and airy with bay windows to enjoy the ocean breeze, 55" led TV, window coverings, new hardwood floors, new extremely comfortable sofa and love seat, new Cal king bed in guest bedroom and a Temperpedic in the master bedroom and 2 balconies to enjoy the sunset. The large master bedroom (17x17) with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom, 40" led TV and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom (12x12) has a large walk-in closet & 40' LED TV. The kitchen is very large and bright, a breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets with stainless steel appliances. All dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, blender, etc. everything needed is provided...This unit has a laundry room with washer/dryer. This is a secure building and cameras in common areas - hallway, staircase, lobby and garage. There is a 2 car PRIVATE ( 350Sf ) attached enclosed garage,
This property is 1 block from Venice canals, 50 -75 yards to the beach, 1-minute walk to great restaurants-James Beach, OSPI - Abbott Kinney is 5 minutes away. Cet appartement est juste superbe. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et agréable, et très bien équipé. La terrasse sur le toit, qui est partagée avec l'autre appartement, est très agréable et avec une vue sur la mer.La localisation est parfaite : 2 minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces.Si nous revenons à Los Angeles, c'est certain que nous reviendrons dans cet appartement !!

Eigentlich gut, da wir aber dachten, dass wir noch Zeit beim auschecken haben, war der Putzservice schon da und dann wurde es sehr unangenehm. Für 20 Minuten Verspätung sollen wir nachzahlen, obwohl der Putzservice schon mit der Reinigung begonnen hatten. Der Eigentümer stand dann in der Garage und textete uns zu. Kam uns dann auch noch hinterher. Klimaanlage ist mobil, sehr laut und nur im Schlafzimmer. Die Fenster gehen nicht zu. Die Klospülung hinten funktioniert nur manchmal. Auf die Dachterrasse etwas zum unterlegen mitnehmen, da alles feucht ist. Der Wasserfilter im Kühlschrank ist abgelaufen. Silberfische im hinteren Schlafzimmer.

This place's greatest asset is it's size. All the rooms were pleasantly spacious for two adult couples. The apartment was also very clean. We could easily walk the boardwalk along the beach or over to the lovely Venice Canals. The owner was also readily available for questions. We LOVED this place.

All that it was cracked up to be!

Great apartment. Great locatio! Great rooftop!Very comfortable, pleasantly furnished 2 berm, 2 bath unit with all the amenities you need. Plenty of space for two couples or family of 4. Well maintained.

Family Fun

Just after a few days at Disneyland this was a perfect change of pace for 6 year old to 76 year old! Loved proximity to beach, canals and all the area had to offer within walking, bus and LAX when it came time to leave! The space was excellent!

Fantastic location!

This was a great spot from which to enjoy LA! So many places in walking distance from all Venice beach has to offer to the canals and shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to and from the airport and it was nice to have onsite parking. The place was well stocked so that I could make a couple of meals and also there lots of blankets for the beds which was appreciated.

Great stay, great place!

We loved this property! It was really spacious and filled with natural light. The private garage was a big plus and when we weren’t driving, the beach was right there. Communication with Don was great and everything was clear about check in and the property. Would definitely recommend!

Sister trip

First time in Venice. Location is wonderful. 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Also close to restaurants and shopping. All walkable. The property is very spacious and bright with skylights. The rooftop was awesome with sunset views. We did not have a car but having the garage would be a big bonus if we did have a car. Great spot!!

Venice Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at Venice Beach. Communication with the Host was fast and helpful.Our family had plenty of room, it was very large and spotless. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I have been in including several cruise ships( which are usually very nice).We are from Atlanta and not use to the parking problem in LA so having a 2 car garage was wonderful. Don was right on with some of his restaurant picks and enjoyed them. For the price of a motel in the same area this is a “ Home Run”! Thanks for hosting my family and will return next visit!! Tim

Lovely home!

Lovely big space which was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the view and proximity to the beach! The gate in was a little tricky to lock but once we got it figured out (just needed to be lifted a bit) then it was just fine. Thanks for the stay!

We Love Venice Beach Forever

Host very thoughtful, communication great. Family loves Venice beach. Great location to food, beach, anything you want and need! We enjoyed a lot of the nearby great sushi places, breakfast place and bakery nearby that offers choices in abundance! Even during a heatwave, it was a truly awesome stay. Thank you!
