Excellent location. This cozy property was perfect for a few days. Host was very helpful for us. Walkable to farmers market, restaurants and the beach. Easy street parking as well.

Great location

This small back house is so cute and a short walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and owner adds many special touches. We loved our stay and hope to stay again soon.

This was my second stay here and it was just as convenient as I remembered. Great location. Close to the beach and the canals. Farmers market was just down the street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with the host!!

Great stay

Ingrid‘s place is super cozy, the bed and sheets are of good quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with restaurants, the famous Venice canals and the beach in walking distance. Ingrid is very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. We could even stay a little longer than noon on our last day so that we could enjoy the beach once more.

I highly recommend Florian and Anna . They were the most wonderful guests one could imagine. They were quiet and respectful of my property, and left my “Beach House” neat and clean. It was my pleasure to extend a later checkout, so they could enjoy their last day of vacation. They are always welcome back

Cozy apartment, private access. great location, less than 10 minute walk to the beach and canals, 5 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Very responsive host who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Ingrid was a great host. The place was perfect for two people but can accommodate more and has everything you may need for a home. Everything was clean and the instructions for everything were clear and easy to understand. The location is also great and had everything we needed nearby. Thanks for everything will look to rent again if I am in the area.
