-Green energy! The home is powered by Tesla solar and has battery backup!
-Need a workout? You have your own treadmill and free weights to utilize.
-McKay Bay is a 2 block walk from the unit for those who like to get out and explore.
-Staying in? Enjoy the electric fireplace, smart TV that easily connects to Netflix, or watch cable TV. High-speed WiFi is also available.
-Got laundry? There's a full-size washer and dryer. Detergent is on me!
Melt your worries away at this luxurious townhouse. Many essentials are provided, such as hotel style towels, freshly cleaned sheets on the beds, hair dryer, iron, closet space for use, and much more.
*****There is one camera on premises. It is located in the stairwell facing the front door and is there for both of our security. Please note that additional charges will be billed to you for any undisclosed guests who stay.*******

-Self check-in! Choose your own 4-digit access code ahead of time and walk right in when you get here. Just let me know what you would like your code to be and the house will be ready for you upon arrival!
There is one closet that is zip-tied shut, which is the only restricted area.
Location
Approximately 1 mile from fun, hip Ybor City and all of its terrific bars and restaurants.
The surrounding area is somewhat industrial and contains lower income housing, but the neighborhood is very quiet.
Getting around
Bring your car and enjoy an oversized garage with access to your own garage door opener during your stay. Also, Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful in the area and can arrive quickly to whisk you away to your destination.
