Relax in comfort and style at this private desert retreat situated on a quiet street just a short walk to upscale shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter. Located just across the street from the 5th tee of the Westin Kierland's Mesquite course, this home offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of gracious living spaces. Inside, there are four generous bedrooms which include a large, main-bedroom suite that opens up to backyard pool area, and a media room with a modular couch that can be configured to an additional sleeping area. The home features high-ceilings throughout, modern kitchen + appliances, and stylish, comfortable furnishings. All bedrooms (two queens and king in main) have resort hotel-grade mattresses, plush bedding, fans, and generous closets. Media room and family room offer large, flat-screen TVs while living and dining rooms provide space for elegant entertaining. Outside, the private backyard features a sparkling pool, hot tub, heat lamp, gourmet Weber grill, 6-person patio table and plenty of chairs for outdoor lounging. Indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system. Pool heating is also available. Home has 500mbps wi-fi internet service. Living room and bedrooms offer desk/work spaces. Located 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International airport and in the heart of North Scottsdale. Nothing to do here but relax and enjoy!

Our family has been coming to the Scottsdale area for over a decade to enjoy the blue skies, warm sun and the feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation that is unique to the desert. In the fall of 2020 with a remote-learning schedule in place for our children, we spent a few weeks in the Kierland area and our family felt right at home in this special community. Biking around the golf course, family tennis and dinners by the pool quickly became some of our favorite activities. We fell in love with the walkability of Kierland and its proximity to so many fun hiking trails and parks as well amazing shopping and dining experiences.
We decided we never wanted our time in the desert to end, so we waited for an opportunity to purchase a home in the Kierland area so that we could continue to enjoy and share this wonderful place with our family and friends. We hope you will love it here as much as we do. We call this home Seven Palms because of the seven beautiful palm trees in backyard. Every time we see a palm frond against the blue sky or an orange and purple sunset, we are reminded to relax and enjoy.
