Vacker och rymlig 3500 kvm två berättelse hem med 4 sovrum och 3 badrum ligger nära Boulders i Scottsdale. Denna fastighet har fantastisk ökenlandskap för en sann Arizona flyktbilen! Med inga grannar bakom dig, kommer du att ha gott om integritet och kommer verkligen att kunna ta i hisnande landskap och vilda djur. Luta dig tillbaka och njuta av berget och utsikt över staden ljus privat pool, spa, utomhus brand-pit och sidan gården med gräsyta och sandlåda för barnen att leka i. Bakgården har också en utomhus matbord, fyra schäslonger och en BBQ gasgrill.

När du först gå i det finns en stor teater / TV-rum och sedan en separat vardagsrum med platt-TV. Med två separata TV-rum det fungerar bra för stora familjer som behöver mer utrymme. Det stora sovrummet svit har en platt-tv, stora master badrum med duschkabin och jacuzzi och en egen privat takterrass ingång med fantastisk utsikt. The house was delightful. Clean, well equipped, beautiful grounds and pool area. Didn't use the hot tub as much as we thought we would. Spent most of our time at the table outside reading and dining and floating in the pool. Very convenient to groceries and tons of great restaurants! It was a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful home

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Beautiful spacious interior with a great private backyard pool and patio. Lounging in the pool was a daily activity each afternoon. The sunset viewing from the patio was incredible. Hot tub was a big hit too. The interior was extremely spacious. I’d say the pictures don’t do the interior justice. It’s much larger and allows for group activities as well as those seeking some privacy. All the appliances are in very good condition and worked well. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again. Also, Holly the host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Great home with a few quirks

The house was open and warm. The pictures didn't do it justice. The back pool and hot tub were great. It had every kitchen appliance and tool one would need for big and small groups. The neighborhood was pleasant and good to go out walking in the mornings or evenings. A few things to consider…the master suite has no door on it so all noise travels up to the bedroom. We had hot water off and on during our stay. We had to keep relighting the boiler. We were there during thanksgiving so limited ability to get someone to fix it during our 4 night stay. Also we had to reset power in a few areas of the house. Overall we would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. House was a bit north but in a quiet neighborhood. Being in between Scottsdale and Cave Creek allowed is to enjoy both towns. Owner was great and responded promptly to any requests we had. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Wonderful vacation getaway!

This property was wonderful. The outdoor area was perfect, with the hot tub and pool and the sunset views were gorgeous. The house was very large and spacious and was perfect for our family of five. We have both teenagers and a ten year old son, and they all had a wonderful time. The location is also close to a lot of hiking trails and lots of golf courses, which was an added bonus. We would gladly rent this property again.

Wonderful getaway to the desert!

We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful and functional relaxing atmosphere of the home, outdoor spaces, and the neighborhood. We loved the location and the ease of checking out Carefree and Cave Creek both such neat communities!

Quiet desert home with outstanding views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The back yard view is just amazing and the view from the master balcony is to die for. We saw some of the best sunsets ever. Hot tub was appreciated. The host was great and very responsive. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

I found the home to be poorly managed. All furnishings and accessories should be thrown out to the dump. Cleanliness was poor, a deep clean of the place is badly needed. The carpet should be removed and replaced. The garage should be cleaned and the carpet replaced. this place is way overpriced

Great Home with a Great Location

The home was everything we hoped for. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was near many of the things we enjoy in North Scottsdale. Holly was easy to work with and prompt with her communication. Great trip!

Beautiful Home

The homeowners were fantastic and very responsive. The home was beautiful and met all of our needs. However, the pool was not heatable and therefore was unusable because it was extremely cold.

Lovely house in a desert setting.

All 11 days went well. Love the area. Quiet but active. Pool is not heated, hot tub is fine. 5 double beds. Kitchen is very well appointed.

Very relaxing

Great place - plenty of room inside and out. Very peaceful neighborhood and back yard. Could not ask for a more relaxing place. Hot tub, outside fire pit and a beautiful pool. Kitchen stocked up very well. Close and convenient to grocery stores. Highly recommend it.

Amazing December desert getaway!

My family (including 2 teenagers) have rented a number of houses across the country and this is one of our favorites! The house is very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed the elevated views of the desert while sitting in the hot tub. The sunsets were amazing at night and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons over morning coffee. Holly was great host! She was very responsive to all of our needs. We generally do not stay at the same place twice, but we would definitely consider another stay here!

Surprise getaway

I booked this property as a surprise getaway and it did not disappoint. The home was clean and spacious and the outside was spectacular with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The views are spectacular with beautiful sunsets and the pictures do not do this property justice. Holly was great in answering questions prior to arrival and during the stay. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Get-Away!

In a time when vacations are challenging for many reasons, this Scottsdale get-away was perfect for our family of four! Spacious and well appointed home, particularly with great kitchen and BBQ for cooking at home. The back yard, with pool, deck, hot tub, sitting and eating area was our favorite place to spend time, especially at sunset! As mountain biking and hiking fans, we greatly appreciated the close proximity of Brown's Ranch, offering numerous trails through the saguaro-dotted Sonoran desert.

Family stay April 20-26 2020

Incredible value. More spacious than photos show. Upscale neighborhood. 270 degree mountain/sunset views from upper deck. Stunning/tranquil view of natural desert landscape from pool/patio. Very private. Owners very responsive. Nearby towns of Carefee and Cave Creek have great appeal. Abundant golf nearby. Legend Trail golf just up street, upscale course but affordable. Kids loved hot tub and pool. Pool not heated but fine with hot weather we had. Upstairs room also great if someone in party needs quiet to work. Great walking/running neighborhood, little to no traffic. Highly recommend this place, has me considering this area for retirement. Can’t stop thinking of the views......

Stunning

Pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. The owners were very generous and understanding. Neighbors are some of the friendliest. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool, it’s not heated, and the time we were there (mid April) it was too cold to swim in. All in all, a very wonderful stay. Thanks again Holly!!! Best regards

Pleasant Retreat

We enjoyed 7 nights at the property in late March. Highlights Include: * Gorgeous views of sunrise and sunsets * House well appointed with everything you need for a stay. * Home is large with high ceilings, rooms are on the larger side. * Hot tub and outdoor seating are great * Neighborhood is very quiet and great for walks. * Location very handy to hiking but also food/groceries. *Property manager very responsive. Negatives: * Wifi was very inconsistent, not usually an issue if on vaca but unfortunately was trying to work during stay.
