Great Location

Could not beat the location across from Peddlers and near Rosemary Beach. Lagoon pool and beach were highlights. Good amount of beach space for each family. Unit was nice. A few supplies seemed to be missing that we had to buy.

Awesome location and great hosts!

This condo was in a super convenient location on 30a. It has a huge shared pool with plenty of seating/tables/umbrellas and a super short walk to the beach where you’ll have front row chair/umbrella service on a private beach. The beach itself was not crowded at all (this was mid June). There are several stairs down to the beach but there’s also a ramp making it convenient if you have a wheelchair/stroller/wagon/cooler on wheels. The second story condo has a beautiful view of the pool. The High Pointe is directly across the street from the Peddler’s Pavilion (quick access to restaurants, Starbucks, shopping) and a few minute walk to Rosemary beach. Our hosts were great in communicating and quick to respond to questions. Check in instructions were clear. When we arrived, we were greeted with bonus snacks and cold beverages. They graciously offered us a late check out (we didn’t ask!) since they didn’t have another party coming in on our last day which gave us an extra morning for the beach and pool. The actual condo was great for our family of five. Primary suite has a king bed, secondary bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds and the living room has a sofa bed. Washer/dryer in the unit was key for a beach trip. Kitchen is stocked with basics. There’s a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Bathrooms have hand soap and body scrub; will need to supply other toiletries. All in all, the condo was perfect for our trip to 30a and we will plan on staying here again!

Perfect Location

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The view of the pool, ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. The condo's location was excellent as we were able to enjoy the shops and eateries nearby as well as the many beach towns along 30A. The owner was extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions we had right away. We hope to see you next year!

Amazing property on 30A

This was such an amazing location for a family vacation. This was our first time traveling with our toddler to the beach, and this property helped make for an incredible trip. This location cannot be matched. Just a 2 minute walk to the pool, and another 2 minutes to the beach. The property was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of towels (thank you!!). Bonus: the full size washer and dryer, which meant we could pack light! Thank you Grace for being such a wonderful host. We can't wait to visit again next summer and have already re-booked!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a great time and the property was lovely and as advertised. We had 1 small maintenance issue (not owner's fault), we contact the owner, and they fixed it 100% that day. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Wonderful

We arrived early and we were granted early access. Upon entering the unit was clean and smelled like a clean floral we recognized from St Lucia. Then we noticed there were treats and beverages chilling for us!! Even a small beach basket, towel and sunscreen to use. I was very impressed with the managements quick communication. Large rooms with closets. Love the pool views. Fabulous updated unit. Pool was great. Little cold for this time of year. Beach was easy to access and the on-site restaurant/bar had wonderful service and great food!! It was so nice to not worry about beach chairs and umbrellas too! Our last evening we walked across the street and enjoy some great meals and ice cream. All around we had a wonderful time here!

Amazing place + amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had an amazing view and was conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach.

Frustrating vacation

The condo was great, but our week long stay was needlessly frustrating. We chose this beautiful property for the pool. It’s awesome. Unfortunately, the pool was closed when we arrived Saturday afternoon and stayed closed for our whole week, minus a couple of hours the last afternoon. The host was initially quite apologetic, updated us as to when we could expect the pool to reopen: first we were hoping for Tuesday morning, then we were told definitely on Wednesday it would reopen. Turns out - it didn’t reopen until Friday afternoon around 2:30 - giving us just a few hours. Again, we understand this is just a disappointing situation all around & sometimes things take longer to be fixed than anyone would like. Some things are beyond owners’ control. But, what they can control is how they deal with the situation. In our case, the owner first offered to rent us bicycles for a day during the repairs, which was nice but we declined - our kids are too young to be really bike safe. Then she messaged that she would be applying a discount to our stay, which we felt to be appropriate given we chose and paid for the condo with the pool… but we got the condo without the pool. Even though it was not something the owner could control in terms of speed of repair - it still definitely is a major amenity of this condominium complex and as the title of the listing shows - a major reason why folks book this place. Things got a little contentious when we asked for details of the discount we were told would be applied. We were given none, told that she was waiting to see what other owners were doing, and told it was just an unfortunate situation she couldn’t control. To be clear - we weren’t looking to back out of paying our obligation or screw a small business out of income. At all. We planned to pay the amount we did on our vacation. The issue is purely in that we paid for the place with the pool & got the place without the pool - she offered a discount in light of that, then went against her offer. That would leave any guest with a bad taste in their mouth. So, just be careful with your money in terms of protections on this one. You’ll get burned if a major amenity is down.

Great Spring Break!

My husband and I stayed at the property with my 16 yr old daughter and her friends. It was a great location - so close to everything. And the place itself was perfect. The host was super helpful and responsive and so easy to work with. There were also several families with younger kids in the condo complex, and they all seemed to have a fabulous time too. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Family Vacation with Teenage Boys

Great property centrally located with private pool and grill and bar perfect for giving teens freedom without having to keep tabs on everyone. The extra chairs and beach gear kept us from having to transport or buy extra when we arrived in Florida.

Last minute spring break booking

We’ve stayed in a few minutes units at High Pointe. We love the property and the location is perfect. It’s close to shopping, restaurants , live music, and has a restaurant directly beachfront . You can’t beat the view from Crabby Steve’s. We were so happy to see this condo pop up last minute. It is completely rehabbed! We were the first to stay in it. Upon arrival there were snacks for the kids and wine for the grown ups. Bonus! The condo is decorated beautifully with light beachy colors. Simple and classic. The owners were easily assessable when we had questions . They were quick to help out with a few small glitches ; bike rental and beach chair set up. This unit is located in building 1 and has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean in the distance . We’d definitely recommend this unit.
