Great stay right on the beach

Perfect location. Very clean and easy for a family of four with young children. Washer dryer came in handy. Exactly as shown in the photos

Great location and correctly described

Great communication with host. Very clean and many extras. Almost in middle between Ocean Park and pier. Easy walk to either (about a 1/2 mile)

Great place to stay

We have always loved coming to OOB but have never stayed at this property until this year. This place was amazingly clean, the property manager was helpful and friendly and the view was just beautiful! We will definitely return!

Nice play to stay

A super convenient location with nice ocean view. Extremely helpful property management who drove lobster crackers over to us so that we could enjoy our Maine feast!

Wonderful place

All the conveniences of home!! Great place even on a rainy day (we had one) - and staying in was as comfortable as home. Very clean and great location. Just close/far enough to the Pier.

Great Experience

I would definitely recommend this property and this property manager. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home. It is outfitted with many extras items that you might want for comfort or entertaining. The manager was easy to contact and responds promptly. Great experience!

Great little condo on the beach

Cute, clean condo right on the beach. Condo has everything you need including puzzles and board games for rainy days. Nice ocean view and beach access could not be closer. Great swimming beach for kids, especially at low tide, and miles of beach to walk, we did a beach walk each evening. The pier with arcade, amusement park and food is a short walk, you can access it from the beach or the street. Awesome vacation for a 6 year old, we only got in our car once the entire week, to grab breakfast in town. Would return for sure.

The property was fantastic. Clean, well equipped, right on the beach. Perfect for our needs.

The condo was above our expectations. Very well clean and items for our use was very much appreciated. Questions were always answered in a timely manner when we had one. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

What a view!

The condo was great! Beachfront, can’t get better than that! Bedroom was a little warm at night. Air conditioner was located at the front of the condo and the bedroom was at the back. We had a great week!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the view from the balcony of the condo. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was clean. The living room was comfortable. My only complaint was the mattress was uncomfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. Great place to stay!

Wonderful Week at the Beach!

This property won’t disappoint! Location couldn’t be better! With ocean views right off the little deck, it was the perfect place to begin and end the day! The beach is just a short walk along the path next to the condo! The condo had everything needed for a wonderful comfortable stay and Julie was so helpful and easy to work with! Loved it! We hope to go back again!

Best vacation ever

Everything about this property was perfect, from the location to the space itself and especially the property manager. The condo was clean and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was equipped. Along with the usual dishes, utensils and drink ware you would expect, there were lots of things I didn’t anticipate. Like a hand mixer, a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, a butter dish, ziploc bags, plastic wrap and even basic pantry staples like salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and flour. We cooked a fair amount of meals in the condo, so we used a lot of what was available to us. The only item that was lacking was a cookie sheet, so I purchased one and left it behind for future guests to use. There were also a bunch of beach chairs (I think 5 or 6), an umbrella and sand toys. There was even a kite! We had brought our own so we didn’t try it out. But the teenage girls that were with us loved flying their kites on the beach. My favorite thing was sitting on the balcony. Morning, noon or night I enjoyed it immensely. It was wonderful to be steps from the beach. There are a couple of restaurants very close by and the pier was a short walk. But I have to say that of all the things that were good, the property manager Julie was amazing. From my pre-trip questions to dealing with an unexpected plumbing issue, she was responsive and incredibly professional. It is no coincidence that her last name means “the best”. She truly is the best at what she does. This vacation was everything we hoped it would be and I highly recommend this condo unit!

1 week stay.

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and had everything you need. I wish the dryer work better. We didn’t bring as much clothes thinking I could do a quick load of laundry in the am . It couldn’t dry towels, sweats or jeans .
