Denna vackert renoverade och renoverade villa i Palmetto Dunes fick nyligen alla nya madrasser i början av 2017 plus en kökuppfriskning (inklusive en ny rostfritt tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare och kylskÄp) 2016! Det Àr ett stenkast frÄn havet och har alla bekvÀmligheter du behöver under din vistelse, inklusive ett KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM!

BelÀget pÄ femte vÄningen i byggnad 2, har denna villa med havsutsikt ett vardagsrum med en bÀddsoffa med soffa och en soffa, en 32 "'SMART TV och DVD-spelare, trÄdlöst internet i hela enheten och GRATIS fjÀrrsamtal inom det kontinentala USA . Det finns en skjutreglage till balkongen som ocksÄ delas med sovrummet. Utanför finns en ny (2019) bÀnkhöjdsutrustning med 2 stolar och ett bord.

Matsalen ligger utanför köket och har plats för sex. Köket har uppdaterade apparater, skÄp och bÀnkskivor och barstolar för tvÄ. Det finns en helt ny tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek installerad i januari 2016!

BÄda sovrummen fick helt nya madrasser i januari 2017. BefÀlhavaren har dubbla dörrar frÄn vardagsrummet, en king size-sÀng och en 36 "TV. Det finns ett privat badrum med trÀdgÄrdsbadkar och separat dusch, och det finns en skjutreglage till balkongen. Det andra sovrummet har tvÄ drottningar, en 32 "TV- och DVD-spelare och ett skrivbord. Det privata badet har en badkar / duschkombo, och det finns en skjutreglage till en privat balkong med en ny (2019) terrass med mothöjd med 2 stolar och ett bord. Denna villa har allt som din familj behöver för en minnesvÀrd resa till stranden!

Villamare-komplexet erbjuder den ultimata semesteranlÀggningen för semesteranlÀggningar. Villamare Àr centralt belÀget i Palmetto Dunes och har en stor pool vid havet och badtunna, inomhus fitnesscenter med pool, bastu, badtunna och trÀningsrum (fria vikter, viktmaskiner och cardioutrustning) och vackert anlagda grunder som omger en frodig central damm och fontÀner. Golfbanan Fazio, tenniscentret, hotellen Marriott och Omni, matstÀllen och cykel- / kanotuthyrning ligger alla inom gÄngavstÄnd. LÀmna motorcyklar hemma eftersom de inte Àr tillÄtna i Palmetto Dunes.

Njut av den GRATIS PALMETTO DUNES BUGGY (mars till oktober) pendeltrafik till Shelter Cove, livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger och andra platser inom Palmetto Dunes. Bara ringa för en pickup.

Beautiful condo

My family had an amazing time at the Villamare. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We all loved the large outdoor hot tub, big pool and easy beach access. Can't wait to come back!

This property was a dream!!! It was our first time staying in Hilton Head and this property, beautifully situated in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for our family. Ellen, the owner, was so lovely and responsive - she literally answered any and all questions with little delay. The condo was clean, accurately pictured and had so much more. I honestly can say that if we return - we will come back to this place. The pool and beach were just steps away! We bought some groceries and also got some great pool / beach items at the local Kroger. Would definitely recommend checking at the building as they do have a lending area that you can find some things to use for the beach should you forget. We took surfing lessons through Hilton Head Outfitters and it was so easy and seamless! Totally one of my favorite vacations - thank you again Ellen!

Spring Break 2025

Myself, my wife and my 2 teenage daughters stayed for 4 nights in April 2025. We had a great time. Wonderful apartment, comfortable beds and nice amenities. Beach access was what we enjoyed most, but the pool looked amazing. The Palmetto Dunes resort is beautiful and quiet with walking and biking paths. Walking down to the General Store to pick up breakfast is a tradition that my daughter and I enjoyed each day. Wonderful!

Truly Amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at this place. Our host was extremely kind & responsive. From the moment we opened the door, my family & I were convinced that we had the BEST condo in the entire complex. It was immaculate, spacious & cozy with amazing views! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable & every room had such beautiful décor. The heated pools, hot tubs & ocean were very convenient to access. We all enjoyed our time & plan to return soon!

The condo was great! Perfect fit for us. The view was beautiful---the condo was supplied with everything we needed.The only very small thing is that the building must have been doing outside maintenance---and when we got there, the balconies, chairs and tables were covered with dust --- but we cleaned them ourselves and all was fantastic! Thank you for a very wonderful visit!

A wonderful place in palmetto dunes

The property was better than described, we were able to get in earlier than 4 which was really a game changer. We enjoyed the villamare, the pool and fitness center were wonderful, we would not hesitate booking this property again.

Wonderful vacation !!

We had a fantastic week at Villamare. It was so close to the beach and pool and seeing turtles every day in the pond was an added bonus ! My kiddos loved this condo and we have deemed it the best we have stayed at on the island and can’t wait to return !

Felt like home!

The condo was very spacious, updated and very clean. We appreciated having space for everyone to spread out and enjoyed the balconies and kitchen. The beach is only a few minute's walk away and lots to do in Palmetto Dunes. Ellen was wonderful to work with too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Paradise at Villamare

This unit was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Property description was exactly as presented. Instructions for staying on property were communicated clearly. Owner was very communicative ahead of arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to staying in this unit again.

nice stay

we enjoyed our stay,it was convenient to shopping,stores,etc besides the beach. I would recommend the washing machine be cleaned to rid the mold, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well, also there wasn't any place to store the food we brought except on top of dryer and WM. All in all we always enjoy visiting HH for our beach vacation.

Wonderful stay!!

We booked this condo after our initial one fell through and we couldn’t have been happier!! From the beginning, Ellen was very responsive with any questions I had, always responded in less than an hour. After we put our deposit down, Ellen sent us a ton of information about the area we would be staying in, from where to rent bikes, to great places to eat, even had local urgent care and hospital addresses and phone numbers. The condo was beautifully decorated with a fun Oceanside theme and it was impeccably clean. Tons of amenities including power strips in both bedrooms, extra blankets and pillows, games, 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 auto drip), a fully stocked kitchen (non food items) There was even a full bin of ice in the freezer when we arrived. Plus the condo was in a great location right next to the elevator. We also had a great partial view of the ocean. We all agreed that we definitely want to stay in this condo the next time we visit Hilton Head! I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason, so happy our first condo fell through! The whole process from booking this condo to the last day of our stay was effortless! Thank you Ellen for being such a great host!

Wonderful condo in the best location

This is our second time staying in this same condo. It was wonderful the first time and even better this year with several new upgrades that took it to another level of comfortable. It's so nice to have two bedrooms with bathrooms attached to both. The washer/dryer is big and conveniently located in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have balconies. It's a short walk from the condo to both the pool and beach which we appreciated. And the beach at Hilton Head is just so fun- we saw starfish in tide pools our first night there and there are almost always sand dollars. My son and husband found the waves were biggest at high tide and would make a point to be in the water at those times. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike paths. We also discovered Shelter Cove this trip and all the great restaurants there did a sunset crabbing expedition out of Shelter Cove (through Captain Kidd) with our two teenagers and that was a neat experience. Our favorite restaurant remains Crazy Crab (at Jarvis Creek). All in all a spectacular condo in a wonderful location!

Clean and comfortable

This condo is very clean, updated, and decorated well. It is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. There are family board games for nights in. We had a great experience. The owner was responsive and provided information regarding area activities. Overall it was great in meeting our needs.

Vacation at Villamare

The condo was very nice - clean and spacious with full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. We loved the location - right on the beach. Nice pool with hot tub. A short drive to many attractions. Our family enjoyed a day in Savanna. Key-less access is very convenient. This is our third time at Villamare and I hope to come back in a future!

Fabulous Stay

We have stayed at Villamare before & knew we wanted to be there again. We are so thankful to have gotten in this condo. There was plenty of room for us, a well equipped kitchen, & great views. Even though this unit isn’t in the building closest to the beach, it is such a short walk through beautifully manicured grounds. We had members of our party who have dealt with back surgery and knee surgery who greatly enjoyed the convenience!

Location is perfect! Unit is laid out great for two families to still have some privacy. Amenities at the resort are good and will be even better when pool renovations are completed. Ellen is an excellent host and very responsive! Will return to this unit

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had an excellent stay at Viilamare. The condo was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable! Communication with Ellen was excellent. Very responsive. The pool at the complex was great. Plenty of chairs. The beach- absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to go back!
