Denna vackert renoverade och renoverade villa i Palmetto Dunes fick nyligen alla nya madrasser i början av 2017 plus en kökuppfriskning (inklusive en ny rostfritt tvättmaskin / torktumlare och kylskåp) 2016! Det är ett stenkast från havet och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver under din vistelse, inklusive ett KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM!

Beläget på femte våningen i byggnad 2, har denna villa med havsutsikt ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa med soffa och en soffa, en 32 "'SMART TV och DVD-spelare, trådlöst internet i hela enheten och GRATIS fjärrsamtal inom det kontinentala USA . Det finns en skjutreglage till balkongen som också delas med sovrummet. Utanför finns en ny (2019) bänkhöjdsutrustning med 2 stolar och ett bord.

Matsalen ligger utanför köket och har plats för sex. Köket har uppdaterade apparater, skåp och bänkskivor och barstolar för två. Det finns en helt ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek installerad i januari 2016!

Båda sovrummen fick helt nya madrasser i januari 2017. Befälhavaren har dubbla dörrar från vardagsrummet, en king size-säng och en 36 "TV. Det finns ett privat badrum med trädgårdsbadkar och separat dusch, och det finns en skjutreglage till balkongen. Det andra sovrummet har två drottningar, en 32 "TV- och DVD-spelare och ett skrivbord. Det privata badet har en badkar / duschkombo, och det finns en skjutreglage till en privat balkong med en ny (2019) terrass med mothöjd med 2 stolar och ett bord. Denna villa har allt som din familj behöver för en minnesvärd resa till stranden!

Villamare-komplexet erbjuder den ultimata semesteranläggningen för semesteranläggningar. Villamare är centralt beläget i Palmetto Dunes och har en stor pool vid havet och badtunna, inomhus fitnesscenter med pool, bastu, badtunna och träningsrum (fria vikter, viktmaskiner och cardioutrustning) och vackert anlagda grunder som omger en frodig central damm och fontäner. Golfbanan Fazio, tenniscentret, hotellen Marriott och Omni, matställen och cykel- / kanotuthyrning ligger alla inom gångavstånd. Lämna motorcyklar hemma eftersom de inte är tillåtna i Palmetto Dunes.

Njut av den GRATIS PALMETTO DUNES BUGGY (mars till oktober) pendeltrafik till Shelter Cove, livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger och andra platser inom Palmetto Dunes. Bara ringa för en pickup.

Beautiful condo

My family had an amazing time at the Villamare. The condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We all loved the large outdoor hot tub, big pool and easy beach access. Can't wait to come back!

Truly Amazing!

We recently had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at this place. Our host was extremely kind & responsive. From the moment we opened the door, my family & I were convinced that we had the BEST condo in the entire complex. It was immaculate, spacious & cozy with amazing views! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable & every room had such beautiful décor. The heated pools, hot tubs & ocean were very convenient to access. We all enjoyed our time & plan to return soon!

The condo was great! Perfect fit for us. The view was beautiful---the condo was supplied with everything we needed.The only very small thing is that the building must have been doing outside maintenance---and when we got there, the balconies, chairs and tables were covered with dust --- but we cleaned them ourselves and all was fantastic! Thank you for a very wonderful visit!

Wonderful stay!!

We booked this condo after our initial one fell through and we couldn’t have been happier!! From the beginning, Ellen was very responsive with any questions I had, always responded in less than an hour. After we put our deposit down, Ellen sent us a ton of information about the area we would be staying in, from where to rent bikes, to great places to eat, even had local urgent care and hospital addresses and phone numbers. The condo was beautifully decorated with a fun Oceanside theme and it was impeccably clean. Tons of amenities including power strips in both bedrooms, extra blankets and pillows, games, 2 coffee makers (1 Keurig and 1 auto drip), a fully stocked kitchen (non food items) There was even a full bin of ice in the freezer when we arrived. Plus the condo was in a great location right next to the elevator. We also had a great partial view of the ocean. We all agreed that we definitely want to stay in this condo the next time we visit Hilton Head! I’m a true believer that everything happens for a reason, so happy our first condo fell through! The whole process from booking this condo to the last day of our stay was effortless! Thank you Ellen for being such a great host!

Wonderful condo in the best location

This is our second time staying in this same condo. It was wonderful the first time and even better this year with several new upgrades that took it to another level of comfortable. It's so nice to have two bedrooms with bathrooms attached to both. The washer/dryer is big and conveniently located in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have balconies. It's a short walk from the condo to both the pool and beach which we appreciated. And the beach at Hilton Head is just so fun- we saw starfish in tide pools our first night there and there are almost always sand dollars. My son and husband found the waves were biggest at high tide and would make a point to be in the water at those times. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike paths. We also discovered Shelter Cove this trip and all the great restaurants there did a sunset crabbing expedition out of Shelter Cove (through Captain Kidd) with our two teenagers and that was a neat experience. Our favorite restaurant remains Crazy Crab (at Jarvis Creek). All in all a spectacular condo in a wonderful location!

A wonderful place in palmetto dunes

The property was better than described, we were able to get in earlier than 4 which was really a game changer. We enjoyed the villamare, the pool and fitness center were wonderful, we would not hesitate booking this property again.

Wonderful vacation !!

We had a fantastic week at Villamare. It was so close to the beach and pool and seeing turtles every day in the pond was an added bonus ! My kiddos loved this condo and we have deemed it the best we have stayed at on the island and can’t wait to return !

Paradise at Villamare

This unit was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Property description was exactly as presented. Instructions for staying on property were communicated clearly. Owner was very communicative ahead of arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to staying in this unit again.

Felt like home!

The condo was very spacious, updated and very clean. We appreciated having space for everyone to spread out and enjoyed the balconies and kitchen. The beach is only a few minute's walk away and lots to do in Palmetto Dunes. Ellen was wonderful to work with too. We really enjoyed our stay!

nice stay

we enjoyed our stay,it was convenient to shopping,stores,etc besides the beach. I would recommend the washing machine be cleaned to rid the mold, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well, also there wasn't any place to store the food we brought except on top of dryer and WM. All in all we always enjoy visiting HH for our beach vacation.

Fabulous Stay

We have stayed at Villamare before & knew we wanted to be there again. We are so thankful to have gotten in this condo. There was plenty of room for us, a well equipped kitchen, & great views. Even though this unit isn’t in the building closest to the beach, it is such a short walk through beautifully manicured grounds. We had members of our party who have dealt with back surgery and knee surgery who greatly enjoyed the convenience!

10 days in September

Overall we had a wonderful stay. A few glitches, water had a horrible smell, we had to run all faucets for 30 minutes to rid. Shower door in guest bath was off track, took some doing to fix. The property manager/owner was fantastic through the entire scheduling process as well as allowing us a few hour late checkout. Villamares new pool area is beautiful!

Clean and comfortable

This condo is very clean, updated, and decorated well. It is nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. There are family board games for nights in. We had a great experience. The owner was responsive and provided information regarding area activities. Overall it was great in meeting our needs.

Vacation at Villamare

The condo was very nice - clean and spacious with full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. We loved the location - right on the beach. Nice pool with hot tub. A short drive to many attractions. Our family enjoyed a day in Savanna. Key-less access is very convenient. This is our third time at Villamare and I hope to come back in a future!

Great Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the pool and beach wasn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer worked so well! Ellen was very responsive when we noticed that both toilet seats were broken upon arrival. She was so friendly and worked quick to fix it! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had an excellent stay at Viilamare. The condo was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable! Communication with Ellen was excellent. Very responsive. Perfect Spring Break

What an amazing property Ellen has. Palmetto Dunes is the perfect family area with so much to do (we tried pickleball for the first time and loved it!). The beach was just steps away from our condo with the heated pool being even closer. We also loved that everything was in walking or bike riding distance and took advantage. Ellen’s communication was amazing and her property had everything we could have wanted. If we had any questions at all, she was quick to respond. We’re already hoping to come back for another spring break!

Nice spacious Villamare beach condo

The condo is very spacious and comfortable with all the needed amenities. The Villamare property is very clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach or the pool. Also walkable to many Palmetto Dunes hot spots. We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. Ellen, the owner, was very communicative and responsive to any of our questions. We provided some feedback on the cleaning crew but not an issue.

Perfect First Vacation

This was the perfect condo experience! It was an amazing location with great facilities and close access to the beach! The Palmetto Dunes facility had great walking paths to get around the complex. Great location on the Island. The condo was very clean and spacious! Everything was great and the process was super easy for checking in and out. Ellen was super helpful and was very good at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family! It made it the perfect First Vacation for our new family!

Comfortable Condo in a Beautiful Complex

This is a comfortable, clean, attractive unit. We appreciated having the large washer/dryer and dressers/closets for putting away clothes and luggage items. There was even a free standing coat rack that we could use. The living room has shades that are operated by pushing a button on the wall (a very cool feature). For past trips in other complexes we have used a pull-out couch for the kids but it was nice for them to have their own bedroom and beds this trip. Compared to many other units in Villamare the price for this 2-bedroom seemed quite reasonable. Ellen is wonderful to work with- she is accommodating and proactively reaches out to provide information on the unit and area. We enjoyed the complex (the pool is lovely and it's a short walk to the beach) and this unit so much that we have already booked for next year! :-)

Family Vacation

Villa was very clean and comfortable. We were offered an early check in, which we had never had before in the 20 years we’ve been coming to HHI, and it worked out great. The TVs were easy to use, access was right off of the elevator, and the manager was easily accessible and even notified us of the testing of fire alarms. The bedrooms are really good size. The master bath has a toilet and shower, the shower is good size but overall the bathroom is a little squished. But with the big room attached, it made up for it. There could be a little more of the basics for the kitchen. It seemed to be the minimum as far as cooking pans, cooking utensils, etc, but not a big deal. Also, there seemed to be early morning work at least 5 out of 7 of the days we were there-like 7 am. We realize they have to mow and get things done, but the jack hammer sound outside our door was a little much at 8am. It looked like they were resurfacing the cement? Not sure, but that’s not anything in control of the owners. We look forward to staying here again.
