Smart TV's are available in all 4 bedrooms, and there is a TV on the patio for backyard enjoyment! If you're traveling for work we have you covered with free high speed Wifi throughout the home. The large backyard has chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun, a propane BBQ, corn hole, and a sparkling, refreshing pool (pool heat optional with fee) with Baja bench. You're also right within walking distance from Indian Bend Park which has been completely updated in 2021 with basketball hoops, tennis courts, horseshoes, and picnic tables. Tons of family fun!

You are only minutes away from Arizona State University, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, and 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Local freeways are also minutes away if you need to travel to North Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, or Glendale. There are a number of attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, and Butterfly Wonderland to experience during your stay.

Pool Heat is an additional fee of $80 per day plus tax. Please ask our reservations team if you have any questions. Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to arrival.

Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.

The exterior of this home is monitored by a Ring Doorbell to ensure our guests are safe, and to maintain the guest occupancy levels stated for this home. No video monitoring surveillance is present in the interior of the home, or pool and spa areas,
This home does have noise alert monitoring systems to ensure noise levels are respected. Any tampering with this equipment will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.

Great pool, step in the backyard

The property had enough room to spread out and was very clean. However, I did have some safety concerns. The light inside the pool was not operational, and with a dog, we always want to be able to clearly see the pool edge and inside the pool. There is also a several-inch ledge outside between the back patio and the cool decking, which are both painted the same color. It is very hard to see where the ledge is and it is easy to forget the step is there. My uncle and I both tripped over it. I was okay, but unfortunately he fell down and bumped himself and skinned his knee. The water filter light on the fridge was also red when we checked in. Lastly, a stranger showed up on site to turn off the heater to the pool the day before we checked out, but I didn't know they were coming and they just let themselves in the side gate to the back yard. This is a safety issue for the guests, but also for the employee who was sent over, especially because they knew we had a dog on site. They had no way of knowing if our dog was friendly or not and if they employee was headed into an unsafe situation or not. This needs to be disclosed before check in. I assumed the heater was on a timer. They provided propane for the grill which is more than I can say for other VRBO owners. That was very nice.

A lovely place to unwind

I had my birthday party here and it was very close to my favorite spots - the botanical gardens and campus. The pool was lovely also! My only criticism was they could use some more pool lounging furniture and shade umbrellas by the pool.

Awesome Location, Quiet Neighborhood, Hassle-free

House is better in person. Stayed here for a family wedding in Tempe. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for 7 adult cousins who all traveled in from out of state and did not have a car. Uber and Lyft are always available for a short ride to Scottsdale, ASU campus, the zoo, golf, shop and dine. House is well stocked, beds are comfortable, kitchen is great, and the pool is perfect. I was surprised how much I liked the quiet, friendly neighborhood and nearby park. Communication with management was easy and transparent, making check in and check out a breeze. Based on the way this house effectively uses bedrooms and bed layout, I would stay here again.

GREAT!

This was a great stay! The host was so kind and responded to all my questions instantly. We had trouble with the AC unit in the bunk room (FYI, the room is HOT, we had issues with the unit not working and he came right over and replaced it with a brand new one which helped a little. Other than that the house was great no issues and the host helped us out with anything we needed!

AZ Spring Break

After hours of searching for the perfect affordable VRBO, our group decided on this one. Our criteria was fitting the eleven of us comfortably, clean and updated, good location, and most importantly a warm clean pool. We were able to easily communicate and confirm with the hosts that the pool would be heated for a spring break swim. The morning of arrival the property manager had personally visited the property and found that the pool had an error message and was not as clean as what she liked. She immediately notified us of this and told us that the pool maintenance company would be out first thing the next morning. As we had morning coffee poolside, the pool was fixed, cleaned, and by noon heated and ready to swim. We noticed the home didn't have enough swim towels and coffee mugs for all of us. I emailed the manager and within a few hours, she had dropped off new swim towels and coffee mugs to complete the total. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the host manager, Katie, and the ease of communication. She is amazing. The only possible negative I can think of is a bit of airplane noise when sitting poolside, but it definitely isn't a deal breaker. We would book again!

Pigeons Suck

Very convenient location to food, scenery, & attractions in the area. Clean & beautiful home. Comfortable beds, but no mattress pads on beds & no spare bedding for example, no extra blankets or pillows. The ice machine was broken for our stay & no ice provided for us. We had to contact for wash cloths as they were only provided in the king bedroom. There were pigeons that created a home underneath the awning, so the outside area was unable to be utilized. It made the outside area an attraction for flies. The front porch light was burnt out. Lastly, we had to buy a screw driver to fix the toilet seats as they were all extremely loose. The home did fit our family comfortably, but did have a few concerns during the trip

Convenient and Relaxing

This house was a great place for our group of six adults. The location is convenient to access everything we wanted to do and the house was spacious, well equipped and clean. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable and welcoming home

The host has done a wonderful job at setting up their home, making us feel very welcomed. They offered to turn on the pool heater so our grandkids could swim. They also offered a couple outside games to play. The home was very clean, bedding slept comfortably, smart TV's all over. I would come stay again and suggest to anyone else looking for a larger home to stay at to consider this location.

Great spot would definitely return

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery and takeout spots. We liked the Gyro place! Stocked kitchen great for cooking. Spacious living areas including a plush oversized couch and big kitchen table that easily seated 8. We grabbed a couple chairs from the patio. The pool was a hit with the kids. The pool lights didn’t work but owner said they will be fixed. We paid for the pool to be heated and had some trouble maintaining the temperature so the owners said they would remove the extra charge. It was easy to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful and courteous. Overall, a great space. Would definitely return.
