CASA EL CAPITAN is surrounded by trees, beautiful landscaping, and by 1000 square feet of multi-level decking to further enjoy the outdoors and the views. You can dine indoors or outdoors. For those who love to cook, there is a fully stocked kitchen. There is a bedroom/bath on the first level and two bedrooms/bath on the bottom level. The bottom master level includes a sun room to relax, read, or do yoga, a beautiful 50+ year old Madagascar Dragon tree and a bonus third bedroom. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of Mariposa town on over .5 acres, EL CAPITAN is also walking distance to town for food, amazing restaurants, shopping, bars, hiking, and mountain biking.
