39th St Gorgeous Duplex - Steps to sand - Huge Garage -Air Conditioning, Bikes!
This recently remodeled duplex is gorgeous and comfortable! The property is only 7 houses to the sand so going back and forth from the beach to the house is really easy. You can see the ocean from the balcony upstairs and front of the house. This property is great for big families. There are two units (upstairs and a downstairs) with no internal doors between the units. The front doors are on the opposite side of the house.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms all with king size beds, a great balcony with right side view of the ocean and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
The downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second room has a queen bed. There is a full size sofa bed as well. The living room has bifold patio doors that open to the big patio. This is California living at it's best!
The oversized garage houses the provided bikes and beach gear and can accommodate even some larger cars. We have plenty of chairs, beach towels, beach cruisers/bikes, boogie boards, surf board, wetsuits, wagon, and sand toys for you to use while at the house. There are washers and dryers for your use (free of charge) and we provide laundry soap.
Both units have air conditioning which many rentals in Newport don't offer.
This property is in a great location on 39th Street, close enough to walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The boardwalk starts on 36th street. Park the cars for the week and cruise the town on foot or take the bikes out!
Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids). Parents do not attempt to rent for your under age kids.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
39th Street is a great street! It is close to the pier, boardwalk and tons of shopping and restaurnats so you can walk or ride a bike and never have to get in your car. The house is amazing! It was recently renovated and is modern, clean and comfortable. It also has ample parking, up to two spots per unit which is double what most vacation rentals in the area provide (depending on size of car). We also provide a ton of beach gear including beach towels, chairs, boards, sand toys, umbrellas, pop up tent, wagon, etc... We try to make it easy for you, just bring your suit and flip flops!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Not only is 39th Street a great location but the house is just steps to the sand. We are 7 houses from the sand so back and forths to the house are super easy. We also provide all of the beach equipment you will need for a great day at the beach (boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, etc...) And having (up to) 2 parking spots per unit is unheard of in this town!
