Perfect Location

This home is in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the grocery, resteraunts, and shops. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The onsite laundry was great to keep all the towels clean.

Incredible!!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful well maintained beach house!! Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The house had everything you could possibly need, and INCREDIBLY CLEAN!! We will be making this an annual trip!!

Made Family Memories!

This was such a cozy, and comfortable place. The owner was so polite and accommodating. Everyone was thrilled with the location of the rental and amount of space this unit had to offer. 4 nice bedrooms accommodated our whole family very comfortably. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

My family and I had an unforgettable experience at this beachfront home in Newport. The location simply cannot be beat; it's just steps away from the water, making it convenient for our family to move between the beach and the house with ease. Accommodation for the Whole Family We traveled with our five children, ranging from ages 2-12, and found the property to be spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Indoor-Outdoor Living One of our favorite features was the sliding doors that opened up the living space to the ocean breeze. We kept them open all day, which created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The kids loved it, and so did we. It felt like the beach was an extension of the living room. Convenience What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the convenience of being so close to the water. No need to pack up a day's worth of supplies to go to the beach; it was incredibly easy to walk back and forth for bathroom breaks, lunch, or anything else we needed. This made our vacation so much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been. Conclusion Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better beachfront experience.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

The location was amazing! Close to everything and the view from the downstairs patio was fantastic! My mom enjoyed sitting and people watching! The barbecue was convenient and the owner was very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place.

Great vacation

We loved our vacation at West Newport! Location was excellent! Right on the beach and close walking distance to lots of restaurants and the pier! Property was clean and check in and out were both easy! Curtis was wonderful to work with!

Great location

This property is in a great location for restaurants, beach activities and shopping. Plenty of room and well stocked with essentials. Only complaint would be carport was too short to park our 4Runner so we had to find street parking which can be difficult. Otherwise great experience.

Perfect Family Vacation for all Ages

Everything about this house was perfect for our family vacation and Curtis was an excellent host. We had little kids with us and teenagers and the house had something for everyone. The location was super convenient and we never had to drive anywhere. We will definitely book this house again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Excellent location, right on the beach and near grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shops. There are boogie boards and beach toys available as well as board games and puzzles. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils. Grill available which we made good use of. My family will definitely stay here again in future.

Beautiful Beach House - Felt like Home Spring Break 2021

Booking and check in was easy. Owner had amazing communication. House was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We saved alot of money by cooking in. The garage was fully stocked with Washer and Dryer and tons of toys for the kids for the beach. We were not able to park in the driveway or garage. We have a SUV and the angle of the driveway would not allow our vehicle to fit. Most days we were able to find close parking along the nearby streets. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

great location, amazing sunsets

This home has everything you need and is in a great location for a vacation. We chose this spot over others on the boardwalk because it was close enough to the pier/restaurants to walk, but far enough that you are not right in the middle of everything AND because it had comfy looking furniture for lounging. It was exactly as advertised. We would rent this home again.
