Fantastisk utsikt över havet och bukten och bara några steg till en av New Jersey bästa stränder. Njut av vackra soluppgångar och solnedgångar på taket. Det är en kort promenad till många restauranger och attraktioner. Familjer kan njuta av många aktiviteter som minigolf, nöjespark, arkader, vattenpark och naturligtvis många båtliv och fiskeaktiviteter. Kom och njut av Long Beach Island livsstil.

Det är allt om vattnet .........
LBI är en 18 mil barriärö med Atlanten på ena sidan och den vackra Barnegat Bay på den andra. Ön är en 1/2 mil bred när den är bredast och du är aldrig långt ifrån de vita sockersandstränderna eller solen i solnedgångar i viken.
Det är allt om roligt ........
Tillbringa din semester avkopplande på stranden eller njut av de fantastiska restaurangerna och nattklubbarna. Få ett liveföreställning på Surflight Theatre, LBI: s svar på Broadway. Föreställningar planeras året runt. Du kan ha kul hela året på LBI. Rida cyklar längs våra platta övägar, klättra uppför trappan till toppen av Barnegat fyr, shoppa i Bay Village eller Viking by, fiska utanför bukten eller stranden eller tillbringa en 1/2 dag på en kommersiell fiskebåt eller umgås krabba fälla i viken.

Alla älskar havet men LBI har också några skyddade vikstränder för småbarnsuppsättningen som är för unga för stora havsvågor. Lär dig att boogie board, surf eller kajak. Hyr en båt eller en våglöpare. Vi har även kite boarding och parasailing. Samla havsglas längs stranden eller schemalägga en familjstrandporträtt. Barnen älskar åkattraktioner på Fantasy Island och Thundering Surf Water Park. Det finns gott om arkader, massor av minigolf och allas favoritglass!

Late season quick getaway

This house is great and perfectly located in LBI. Since it was late in the season, it was more about the house and location than the warmth of the water and sun. Being able go up to the Widows Watch to enjoy coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening was wonderful. Taking in the sea air and sounds put a much-needed calmness to our stressful lives. We thoroughly enjoyed our four day 3 night stay. We will certainly look to rent this place again.

The property and location is fantastic! Only a couple houses away from the beach and is a great space for spending time with family or friends. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay again!

Perfect for Us!

We found the house to be clean, uncluttered and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a great Weber gas grill! All of the bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths made everyone comfortable. The den and rooftop deck were great bonus spaces. Wonderful location….we look forward to returning next summer!

Wonderful house and amazing location!

We were a family of 8 with 3 teenagers and house was just perfect to accommodate us all. Many levels helped everyone have their own space but large main kitchen/dining room area was perfect to have us all together for meals. Multiple decks were great for hanging out and sunbathing. Location was just a short block from the beach and house had all the beach chairs for us to use.

Nice home & location

House was very spacious & location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach & about a mile to the center of Beach Haven action. Rooftop deck was awesome for sunrise & sunset. A lot of steps in the house but for us it worked well. Parents on 3rd floor with bedroom & kitchen - 19 & 22 year old “boys” on the 2nd floor which also has a wine fridge. Garage was great for them to hang out in - can’t hear them on the 3rd floor. There were also 8 beach passes which was great! Ample parking as well. This property is in my opinion is on the pricey side which I obviously knew but there are a few things that should be noted. There were no mixing/serving bowls or platters. I had to purchase them. Knives were dull or broken and refrigerator drawers don’t close properly. Freezer door would pop ajar when you closed the refrigerator (freezer burn). There is no where to hang wet towels or clothes. No laundry line in the back and 1 towel rack per bathroom. Furniture was worn (had stains and rips). Floors & walls need some TLC. It says the house sleeps 10, which would include 2 on a pullout sofa bed. That mattress was thin and couldn’t use it. One of the best qualities of the house is the sunrise and sunset but that being said, room darkening shades would be nice in the bedrooms. It got very bright very early. They left plenty of cleaning products but only 2 rolls of paper towels and no dish towels. This may be a one- off but if I’m expected to clean, I’d like to be able to do so. As mentioned in previous reviews - the TVs. I think the only one that is a bit odd is on the 3rd floor- very small but then again, I don’t know where you would put a large one due to layout. There was also a discrepancy between the times of VRBO sent me to move in/out (2& 11) vs. the owner (3 & 10). Overall- we enjoyed our time there, the location, the rooftop deck & spaciousness were all big positives.

Great Place needs a few updates

Unit has everything you need our only suggestions would be the owner needs to: -Upgrade the TV’s in Bedrooms and Main Level -Need to replace Mattresses in both the queen bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms

Perfect Location

The family had a wonderful time, and Mike was great to work with!! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the bay. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to hangout and watch the sunset.

Great house! Clean, spacious and nice sunset view from roof deck

The house is great and I appreciated that it was clean and uncluttered. We loved the high quality beach chairs and two beech umbrellas provided in the garage. I only gave four stars because the house is quite expensive and was missing the following items: - there is no clothes line or anywhere to hang wet towels and swimsuits. This is odd for a beach house. - there were only two small wine glasses! We had a dinner for 8 people and had to use big water glasses to serve wine. - the kitchen was poorly equipped. For example, there is only a tiny glass cutting board. - the knives were super dull. This is a common problem for a beach house but for this price, I would expect sharp knives. - the TV is the living room by the kitchen is tiny. Again, for this price per week, please spend $500 and get a big TV. - Two of the chairs on the roof deck were broken and dangerous to sit in. - the roof deck could use a strong umbrella that could handle the wind. These are all minor items that would be easy to fix and then this would be a five star review.

Clean Close to beach Rooftop deck sunrise to sunset views!

Our multi- generational family vacation was wonderful in large part to this fabulous home. There is a huge amount of living space, including a family room AND a living room, both with flat screen tvs. A few houses up from a great sandy beach, and a block and a half from restaurants and other conveniences. There was so much included that we hadn't expected - good quality and assortment of cookware, great dinnerware and flatware, plenty of chairs for rooftop deck, outdoor shower, and decorated with good taste and thought. Easy to get keys, and owner was available to answer a few questions. This is not s " typical" beach house, it's a step above! Highly likely to go back!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was spacious, the rooftop deck was enjoyable. If I was going to quibble I'd say the property could use some new larger flat screen TVs, which are pretty inexpensive these days. And a few of the doors didn't close right. Beyond that everything was great.

Nice house, but could use better maintenance

The house was nice and very close to the beach as advertised. I would have given it five stars based on the location and the overall quality of the house, but there were a few nagging issues, some of which might have been temporary and some of which seemed to be just a lack of maintenance. To start with the positives, the roof top deck was great and the walks to the beach and nice areas of Beach Haven were super easy. Now this issues: (1) When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned well enough from the last tenant. When you're paying this much for prime real estate, you expect a completely clean house to start your week. (2) There were several maintenance issues that hadn't been tended to. The shower door would not close or lock. Several rails were loose on the stair bannister, a foot stool was broken, a closet door had come off its tracks, multiple light bulbs were burned out, and the freezer was incredibly slow to cool things down. Any one of these would be okay, but the number of issues that had gone untreated was somewhat of a surprise for us. To be fair, the owner (Mike) came out and fixed the shower door for us during the stay and removed a wasp nest, so that was nice of him. (3) The wireless internet had strong signal, but was so slow that it was almost unusable. It took more than a minute to load a simple web page even though the signal was strong. It is possible that this was a Comcast issue, but it persisted all week and I basically had to use my phone (Verizon) as a mobile hot spot to have any internet access for my family rather than using the wireless internet I expected to use during my stay. All in all, I would say that it's a nice house that could use a bit higher level of upkeep for the cost at which it's being rented out. I almost gave it three stars for that reason, but decided that on the whole my family had a nice week there and it is a nice property, so we stuck with 4 stars. I will say that I would be more likely to recommend this house to a younger and more flexible crowd without kids or grandparents in tow, because only the Internet issue would have driven me crazy when I was in my twenties with no kids.
