Charming 3 bedroom elevated home with a private pool at 123 Hammock Road in Anna Maria which is only 2 short blocks to the beach and easily walkable in 4 minutes. Pine Avenue is a few minutes walk from this quiet no through street. The house has a king size with bathroom, queen, twin, family bathroom, laundry, open plan living/kitchen/dining, outdoor screened dining, cable, wireless internet, telephone, BBQ grill and private pool with optional electric heat. Beach chairs, carts, parasol, towels and a cooler provided.

I normally schedule my rentals from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are times throughout the year when I may be able to work with you to accept bookings which do not begin and end on a Saturday so please send me an inquiry first. On receipt of your preferred dates, I will do my best to accommodate your request with a prompt reply by email. If your dates straddle a holiday week, the cost of your reservation may be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Great Place

Perfect House for Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. Location is great and owners were in contact to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The screened in porch was so nice and pool area was awesome. Location was great and so close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay in AMI

We loved this 3 bedroom house, the pool and deck were perfect to relax, the upstairs screened in porch had the best breeze and we loved the houses promixity to the beach and Pine Street where we could shop, go to the pier and grab a coffee.

Great laid back vaca!

Everyone in our family enjoyed this home and the pool was a plus for those days that were too chilly on the beach! The walkability gave everyone the freedom to come and go as they wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!

House was perfect for our AMI vacation- we’ve been to the island several times and the location of this house was perfect. We loved the screened in porch and private pool. Rasa was awesome- we arrived a day after TS Debby and she was in constant communication about the state of the island, property, water conditions, etc. the sun came out the day after we arrived and we had a great stay!

Great home, great location, everything we needed! Property manager very responsive and the home had everything we needed for our family of 5. Loved the quick walk to the bay for sunrise, the beach for the day and sunsets, and easy walk to shops and restaurants. A great stay!

Family Get-a-Way

We really enjoyed this house for our very much needed, family vacation. Perfect location for shopping, food, beach! Owner was very accommodating to our request for more towels, we had them within an hour. We will definitely be going back!

A great stay on Hammock Road

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for the past 7 years and have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this property. Rasa is extremely responsive and the house amenities were very clean, updated and perfect for our family. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable and easy! Perfect house and location

This house was perfect for the four of us. (Two couples). It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch overlooking the pool. It is very private with palm trees all around. It is a beautiful home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the city pier for sunrises, to the beach for sunsets, and to the various shops and restaurants . We hope to be back in the future!

Very nice house in a great location.

The rental house was very nice and the host was extremely accommodating. The pool was very private and the location to Pine street and the beach was a lot better than the listing indicates. My teenagers and their cousins were able to walk to shops and the beach with no problem. The house has a larger parking area than most which allowed easy parking for visitors. The owners have a really nice golf cart for rent that we used all week and made the location even better. Although not on the beach the house was a very relaxing and quite place to stay. Coffee on the deck in the morning was great with the new patio furniture the owners have provided. We have nothing negative to say about this rental and have been renting houses on the island for almost 14 years.

Great house with private pool on AMI

We had a great week at this house with our family (kids ages 12 and 14). I needed to work some remotely while we were there, and the wifi worked great (so fast), and sitting at the kitchen table or patio on the lanai worked so well. The kids loved the pool and the covered lanai. The house had a 70s tiki beach house vibe and was so comfortable. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill worked well. We found that the island was swarming with people (spring break, construction, traffic, people everywhere), but the house was a fantastic quiet/peaceful retreat. We rented bikes and there was plenty of space in the carport to tuck them away. The host was responsive and so friendly. We loved our stay at the house and would love to come back.

Lovely house and fabulous location

My husband and I along with our two teenage children absolutely loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. It was our first time there and were thrilled with the prime location of this home. You are walking distance from the main strip (Pine St) which has lots of shops, food spots (not to mention a yummy donut shop for the mornings) and you are only an 8 min walk to the beach and the fabulous Sandbar which is a restaurant right on the beach. We rented a golf cart so we could explore the whole island and be able to go to the beach via golf cart which we loved. The house is perfect for a family of 4-6. My favorite part of the home was the outside screened in porch which had a dining table for 6 which we ate at every morning and every night that over looked your own beautiful little pool. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. The bathrooms are all redone with fabulous modern fixtures, great shower heads, very comfortable beds and a nice sleek upgraded kitchen with all new appliances. Our stay at 123 Hammock was absolutely perfect. Oh and if you’re big beach goers like we are you will really appreciate nice high quality beach chairs (4-6), a beach wagon, cooler, umbrella and beach towels. This house had everything we could have wanted for our much needed family beach trip. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the beach and sand toys if needed. Rasa was a wonderful host and responded quickly with any questions we had. We rented a golf cart from Rasa for a couple of days which was delivered and picked up at the house. I would highly recommend the cart because it was nice to have to explore the rest of the island without having to wait for the trolley. Hope to be back again:)

Nice location near town and beautiful, comfortable home

This is a very nice home, even prettier in person! Our group of four (two couples) loved the screened in porch - sunshine in the morning with coffee and lovely breezes at night. Master bed and bath are beautiful. Our friends in the queen bed room mentioned that the washer/dryer were quite loud at night, recommend doing laundry during non-sleep hours. Appreciated the on-site laundry. Only one set of towels per person meant laundry needed to be done, this was not a problem. Rasa was very helpful in ensuring we had household supplies and also arranged for a very nice golf cart to be on-site upon our arrival. I really loved the beautiful vegetation on the property and in the neighborhood, houses nearby but privacy was never a problem. It's about a 6 minute walk to the nearest beach and it's a nice walk through town. This is a nice little gem on AMI!
