Paradise finns i detta 3 sovrum, 2 bad husdjursvänliga pool hem! Detta familjhem ligger bara ett kvarter från de orörda vita sandstränderna i Mexikanska golfen. Fullt möblerad i kuststil och med alla lyxen i hemmet för en stressfri semester. Beläget i den prestigefyllda norra änden av ön.

Hemmet erbjuder en tropisk pool med en avslappnande och matplats för att njuta av ett sent på eftermiddagen eller en solnedgångsmåltid. Det stora sovrummet leder till poolområdet och dess frodiga tropiska omgivningar.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt över poolen. Det andra gästrummet erbjuder en fullstor säng och det sista gästrummet erbjuder en uppsättning av enkelsängar. Det finns två badrum i full storlek med badkar och dusch.

Would not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bring anything and everything you could possibly need (salt/pepper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, ice, drinking water, etc.). There are no luxuries for a stress free vacation as it says. You are asked to recycle but only provided one trash bin. The pool area does not look anything like it in real life- no umbrella, not clean at all. We had to clean the pool before we could get in. There are better places to stay on AMI.

Great Stay at Coast Cottage in Beautiful Anna Maria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Coastal Cottage. The house is really nice, with a really nice pool and patio in back. Its location is close to many great places in Anna Maria, just a couple block walk to the beach and not that long of a walk to Anna Maria Pier and all of the restaurants and shops that Pine Ave has to offer, including Ginny and Jane E's and the Sandbar Restaurant. We've already booked Coast Cottage for next year. I also want to mention the great support provided by Florida Dream's Reality. We had a problem with the cable television service. Kevin, who works for Florida Dreams Reality came over right away (on a Sunday) and stayed for a couple of hours until the problem was solved. He couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I would recommend Florida Dreams and their properties to anyone looking for a great stay on Anna Maria Island.

Christmas vacation - 2023

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a rental in Bradenton for 9 days on VRBO. Shortly before we were to arrive we were informed that a ie had broke at our rental and that the rental company was moving us to AMI. The place they assigned us was nowhere near as nice as our rental choice. When contacted about this upon arrival to the cottage on the island we were given an email run around. Then we’re offered an opportunity to vacate the property and would not help us find an acceptable place to stay. Property was run down. Pool pump was broken and so loud. Was replaced 4 days in to our stay. Doors all stuck closed and had to be forced open. Rust present around trim and doors. Lots of little items needing attention. We would not recommend. We have e been visiting AMI area for 14 years as our family lives in Bradenton. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the worst!

Girls Trip

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Needs some TLC

Needs new pillows, hall bath fan, vanity, cabinet upgrade. Suggest grommet curtains for French doors. Broken toilet seat hinge in hall bath. Needs new exterior door out of bathroom. New LED MATCHING bulbs would be a plus. Ceiling fans only have one low speed. Pool deck pool skimmer needs to be leveled major tripping hazard. A little would go a long way at this house.

Super Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Coastal Cottage a week in February, 2023. The cottage is small but adequate. The 3 bedrooms were small but comfortable. The central living area was upgraded with new furniture which was nice and large TV. Kitchen is a bit small and the lighting isn't great (I wish there was a light above or around the sink area). Two bathrooms is a bonus plus outdoor shower but the bathrooms could use a little update and they are both small. Outdoor backyard area was pleasant with a nice pool area and lounge areas. The best part of Costal Cottage is the location!! 1 1/2 blocks from beach and two blocks from Pine Street. Restaurants and shopping near and within walking distance. I would recommend a stay here for a couple but no more than 6 people (adults & children).

AMI Cottage

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location…2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please let guests use the closet instead of the owner hoarding ALL closets. Replace the fan in the bathroom as it is too loud. Master bedroom extra door should be covered over or at the very least cleaned near the threshold. Need more silver wear. Need low ball glasses. Griddle was extremely dirty, I scrapped it but decided to buy a new grate for the Weber grill as the one on the grill was too far gone to clean. Liked the Brita water filter. The water filtration system was supposed to run during the day, you may want to check it as I believe it ran nonstop. The armoire in the kitchen is nonfunctional and falling apart. Good pans and coffee maker.

Perfect, if only

Just a few things. The people that had the twin beds said they were terribly uncomfortable and they mostly tossed and turned all night. On the other hand, the other beds seemed fine. The refrigerator seems to be leaking water. The pool is like bath water, not refreshing but not sure what you do in Florida for that. The pool filter is located right where the lounge chairs are and is incredibly loud and annoying while you are poolside. The walk to the beach really is only 5 minutes and the beach is lovely. All and all, Anna Maria is beautiful.

Didn’t get to stay but paid in full

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t get to stay. Paid in full. I understand the policy, just sucks when you pay and can’t stay due to death in family. At the very least I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee. We would have gladly taken a different few days even during the week.
