We strive to go above and beyond to ensure you will feel welcome and comfortable and we do our best to make your stay unforgettable.
Your pool is just 50 steps away. It's heated at Thanksgiving and again from Dec 17 - Easter (HOA may adjust for low occupancy/demand or weather). It has a rinse station/shower, restrooms, and plenty of seating. But, no lifeguard is on duty, so swim at your own risk. Pool hours are 8am to 10pm.
— THE HOME —
Margarita Villa A is the upper unit of a villa duplex. It boasts a well-equipped kitchen with an elegant coffee bar and a comfortable living area with a sofa, chairs, small desk & chair, and HDTV. The wall of windows offering a view of the lake is the highlight of this space! In the living room, a door opens onto the spacious lakefront deck with comfortable outdoor seating and umbrella. The lockout door between upper/lower units lower level will be double dead-bolted.
The Bedrooms: Our home features two bedrooms; a King Master (18.5’x12’) with an ensuite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower, bidet, glowing blue-light mirror, and vanity-top lighted facial mirror with bluetooth audio. The second bedroom (12’x10’) with a queen and twin bed (not bunks). A second full bath is in the hallway. Each bedroom at MARGARITA VILLA A has front balcony access and partial Gulf view. A Bistro set is on the balcony for the perfect sunrise coffee opportunity.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is well-equipped with the things needed to create meals for your group. There’s even a coffee bar area with a drip brewer, a k-cup machine, French press, pour-over, and Espresso machine! You'll also find an electric water kettle. Yes, we have Margarita glasses, but Margaritas are not included.
Work-cation: Need to work during your vacation? No problem! Margarita Villa A has high-speed Internet service with the latest mesh Wi-Fi technology. We also provide a small desk and chair that can be wheeled to the best room to work.
Lakefront: The rear of Margarita Villa A opens up to the shore of the gorgeous Four Prong Lake. Relax on our spacious deck with outdoor sofa and chairs, and enjoy the Florida beach weather and the view of the lake. There is no swimming or fishing permitted in the lake.
Parking: We provide free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the private parking lot. Spaces are not assigned, but parking passes are provided in-unit and are strictly required.

— BOOKING INFORMATION —
After booking here, you'll receive a confirmation message from Remarkable.Rentals (that's us), with a link and instructions to finalize your booking on our secure website. Your booking is not final until these steps are completed. It must be done within 24 hours or you could lose your reservation.
A cleaning fee is added at checkout. Mid-stay cleans are available -- message us for pricing.
*WE* do not add any other fees.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required by placing a hold on the credit card you provide. The hold is released after departure and the inspection is done.
The renter of record must:
* be 25+ yrs of age;
* be present during entire stay (no third-party bookings);
* submit names & ages for entire party;
* enter a credit card for the security deposit;
* provide a valid government-issued ID; and,
* must sign our Renter Agreement.
The renter agreement, contact info, ID, and credit card for the deposit must be the from same person - the renter of record.
⏤ CANCELLATIONS ⏤
Our cancellation policy is:
Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
Be sure to understand our cancellation policy. We can't be responsible for any cancellations outside of our policy - that is what Travel Insurance is for.
Check-in time is 4 PM or later and check-out time is 10 AM or earlier. Failure to depart by check-out time will result in a penalty as stipulated in the renter agreement. We are unable to accommodate requests for early arrival, late checkout, or luggage drop-off.
Pricing is updated frequently to reflect local rental trends, our availability, demand, and other factors. It is not final until you actually book your dates.
— TRAVEL INSURANCE —
We **STRONGLY** recommend Travel Insurance, especially if you are concerned about possible cancellation due to health emergencies, government policies, inclement weather, or other reasons.
You will have the opportunity to purchase a policy offered by our service provider -- we are not a party to that transaction. You can also buy coverage from many online sources.
— DAMAGE INSURANCE —
All bookings at MARGARITA VILLA A are covered for accidental damage up to $500, such as broken dishes, damaged furniture or fixtures, etc. This is "no-hassle coverage" and at no cost to the guest. You do not need to buy it from the booking site unless you desire additional coverage.
Guests are required to report damage *during* the stay to be eligible for coverage. Damage discovered after departure is not eligible and will be charged to the security deposit or card on file.
Coverage does not include damaged or stained bedding and linens, intentional damage, missing items, or costs for shipping, rush fees, or off-hours labor costs.
— DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK —
After the renter agreement is completed, we will send a link to your personalized version of our MARGARITA VILLA A digital guidebook. It has info you need, including:
* door code (48 hrs before arrival)
* directions;
* appliance info;
* Wi-Fi info;
* restaurants, activities, and more.
We are constantly updating/adding information.
There is no app to download. No account to create.
— TOP RULES —
We enjoy hosting and have been doing it for several years. We've received over 800 5★ reviews and have a large number of repeat guests.
But, we do have a few firm rules that cannot be broken and, if they are, will result in immediate termination of stay with no refunds and forfeiture of the deposit. These are:
* No animals under any circumstances.
* Events/parties are prohibited.
* No smoking of any kind in the home or on the decks.
* You cannot exceed the number of people on your booking at any time.
* Drugs or other illegal activities are not welcome and will be reported.
* Third-party bookings are not accepted.
* Violating local noise ordinances is not allowed.
* Guests must report issues timely and provide us with an opportunity to rectify them.
— DISCLOSURE —
Interior/exterior noise level monitoring devices are present and active. If the noise level exceeds acceptable levels, you will be contacted. These devices do not record audio.
There are actively recording external video cameras in the front of the home, covering some of the parking lot and sidewalk. NO interior views.
Remember, you are not staying in a hotel, you are staying in our home. That comes with a lot of advantages and amenities hotels cannot offer. Please respect it and our neighbors, especially those who may occupy the lower unit.
While there is no "front desk", our team is available by email, text, or message.
