Great space for two family stay

Great spot

This place has a nice and communicative host with an easy check in and check out process. There was a pool in the front yard and beach access 5-10 minutes away. Some of the other reviews had some complaints, but I did not see any bug dead or alive and there was plenty of room to put our stuff away. We had three children and three adults stay here comfortably. The division of space from the mini-suite is really nice to have for a bit of separation too.

Always exceeds expectations

This is absolutely one of our favorite properties to visit. It is always clean and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times. This condo has a quiet atmosphere, and a lot of natural light that is very therapeutic. Paul, our host is friendly, kind, and readily available. He always checks on us during our stay. Looking forward to returning later this year.

Easy access to everywhere

The condo was in a central location to all of the beaches we like to visit along with shops, stores, and restaurants. There were only 3 of us in total so more than enough room to be comfortable! The AC was cool, the ceiling fans added a nice breeze throughout as well. Having the screened in balcony was nice for the evening and early morning along with for wet bathing suits to air dry. We really enjoyed our stay. *there IS an elevator- I wasn’t aware of and was so happy!

Good for golfers

This condo is not the best for women. The closets are full of all kinds of things and hanging anything is impossible without unloading them. The exterminator must’ve been just before us because dead bugs everywhere. Thank goodness dead. Otherwise the beds are ok, the view is nice and use of the pool is a plus. Under the beds in the room where we stayed things were crammed so who knows how clean that could be. It’s a good location and has an elevator ( that needs some air freshener) so a medium amount of attention would make it much more desirable. It seems there are many more rental options- we had family in a brand new one at Sea Trail for less and family oceanfront.

Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Sunset Beach. The condo was well equipped and just as described. We felt very at home, which made for a relaxing stay. The mini suite gives you tons of extra space. Paul communicates well and he provided us with all needed information.

Relaxing Stay at Sunset Beach

This condo is the perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood only 5-8 minutes from the beach. We love Sunset! The layout of this condo is perfect for guests with multiple family units or teenagers wanting their own space. We loved using the nearby pool and exercise facility at the "Pink Palace" (2 min drive through the neighborhood). Paul is an excellent host--very quick to communicate and thoughtful. Finally, this condo is much larger than most you could rent for the price, making it a great deal for families who want to spend money on dining and entertainment. We hope to be back soon!!

Better than advertised!!

We had a very nice experience here!As a family of five, we needed plenty of space to be comfortable and this residence didn't disappoint. The pictures really don't do it justice, and the area's very nice! During our stay there, we had to deal with a few storms but if you're going to be cooped up awhile, you could do worse!! Highly recommended!

Very relaxing.

My husband & I are early 60’s our adults sons are 22 & 31, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, nice view of the golf course. The whole complex is beautiful, & not to far from the beach. The beach is very nice & more family oriented, not a big party town, not to far from Myrtle Beach. The condo is really nice & clean with everything you need, we loved sitting on the balcony. Would highly recommend, & if we vacation here again, will return here. Thank you Paul for everything.

Great place.

Overall we had a great experience. The room is spacious and was able to sleep 8 comfortably. The only issue we had was the glass stove top had spider web cracks in it. Fortunately we packed a small griddle to use. I did let the owner know and he did respond to me in a timely matter. Other than that we loved the condo and having the elevator makes it easy to unpack and pack up when arriving and leaving. The pool is within walking distance and has plenty of umbrellas for shade. Not the owners fault but unfortunately the hot tub at the pool was filthy and Luke warm. Overall though it’s a great place to stay. 8 minutes from Sunset Beach, 10 from Calabash and plenty of stores near by to grab essentials.

Spring break

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and grandkids. We were able to communicate with the owner at any time and would like to come back when our son in law is off from work. The apartment is amazing and so is the location.

Summer Get Away

As others have stated, the pictures don't do justice to this property. There is much more room than it appears. The property is located within a golfing community and the screened in porch over looks the green on hole 16. When we stayed it was unusually warm so there weren't very many golfing. It is about a 5 minute drive to the public beach, which itself is one of the cleanest beaches we have been to on the east coast. Communication was excellent and check-in couldn't be any easier. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
